Много удобен хотел със собствен паркинг от който можеш да се качиш в стаята си с асансьора директно. Любезен персонал - много ми помогнаха. Големи и луксозни стаи с всички удобства.

Underground and above ground parking with cameras and it also has a restaurant at the ground floor (where you can get a discount as a hotel guest)
The breakfast was served in the room, don't know if this was because of the day I was leaving (a weekend) or this is always the case.
Personal zimmer

This is a little gem, modest in stars but very good. Comfortable beds, a kettle in the room and a full room service if required. Even the minibar was stocked which is something I appreciate. The zone is downtown, lots of places to shop and eat, lots of cats to make friends with and people in general seemed very friendly. Don't expect to be speaking English here, and certainly not at full speed. Google translate is your friend! The receptionist Omar was superb. An Istanbul taxi transfer to the airport, which he had ordered on my behalf, ripped me off by adding extra for a card payment even though the correct total had been agreed in advance. Without my prompting he contacted the business owner on my behalf and I was duly compensated - that's above and beyond - and very much appreciated.
I was disappointed at breakfast - there was no fresh bread which, in Turkey, is one thing that's worth waking up for. The choice of fruit juices was limited (no orange) and of course the meat selection was extremely limited, one option that was obviously very processed. That said, overall It's hard to criticise because it was a breakfast for Turkish tastes, in Turkey. If you prefer cheeses and fruit then I'm sure you will eat well. I took breakfast only once during my three day stay even though it was included free of charge in my room rate, for me there were lots of better options on the street, for my preferences.

Everything was clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and had good facilities. Breakfast was tasty with cold and hot options. Great hotel, would stay again in the future.
