Front desk staff was very respectful and helpful. Other staff was very helpful and pleasant.

The room allotted to us initially had bugs in it. 2nd room that was allotted was relatively ok but the washroom was especially poorly kept.

The 1 star is only for the front desk staff. There was no iron or ironing board in the room. When asked for it, they said they don’t provide it and if we want to get anything ironed we have to give it to them which is will take at least 30 mins.

Worst place to stay in Patiala

Where should i start the disappointing experience i had during one night stay 1-2 Oct 2023.

Rooms 2207 and 2206: Utterly pathetic rooms, seepage on rooftop and water dripping from roof. Wall Clock not working and nor was the AC remote.
The bathroom had no lights and the shower mounted on roof was throwing droplets of water. The telephone in room was not working!!!

Room Service: Highly irresponsive and carefree… Asked for towels and glasses… left unattended for 40 mins, ultimately had to go to the reception to ask for it.

Restaurant: The food is fine but the hypocrisy of the staff and reception guys spoil it. Was informed that orders will not be accepted beyond 1030pm and lights will be off by 1100 pm, but was amazed to see that orders were being accepted till 11:15pm openly as walk in customers were coming and We were forced to eat cold food as I entered around 1035pm. Despite staying we were treated as if we were there for free.

The room cards were deactivated from back end at 1100am without any intimation to us and we were forced to stay out of our rooms for 20 mins as master key could not be arranged.

For this pathetic property, the hotel staff had charged the complete room rent on arrival so that i could not escape this place after seeing the pathetic condition of rooms and rude staff.

When asked if i could document this feedback in hotel records, i was rudely told that there is no system of taking customer feedback.

The policies drafted MP Singh who resides in Canada are only at the disposal of staff who run a flop show at Mohan Continental and not long enough before this place goes out of business.

HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED.. anyone can contact me for proofs of the claims made by me in this review !!

I stayed here in first week of Nov 2021
It is well located small hotel . The room size is large and quality and neatness of the rooms is excellent . The internet connectivity in the room was very poor and I could not access my gmail/ do my work . Internet in the reception and breakfast area was however good
The buffet breakfast should be improved . The menu was very limited
Parking and arrangement for Driver stay was very good

This one is the one most best trip advisor and planner it's get one of them best for all their survices is one of the best best their proviprovd survices are best of others its really best I suggest to all of us to come and try it also

I had a great experience. The location is perfect in the camp area. The rooms give a fantastic view of Pune City. Each room has a bath tub and jacuzzi. My little kid had lot of fun. Plenty of eateries around so no issues with food, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, big screen TV in the room.

This is very good hotel specially the staff of this hotel they are soo helpfull i think that is why my all friends told me about this hotel i think its my 2nd fav hotel in my list soo lovley atnosphere in this hotel

This is one of the best hotel in India it has almost all luxurious facilities and has well ventilated and decorated rooms and has well garden and parking and is placed in best site which is more aaractive
