La ubicació es excelent.
Molt sorollós. Si el que busques es tranquilitat i relax, aquesta no es una bona opció.
Superb hotel right in the heart of Arcos de la Frontera! We had the deluxe room on the top floor with a jacuzzi on the terrace with 180 degree views of the city and an outdoor lounge which was gorgeous. The jacuzzi was clean and hot and we were shown instructions how to use it. The multi coloured lights in the jacuzzi was a cool function too, the chloride was a bit strong though. It was nice to have a fridge in the room and a coffee machine. Great espresso at breakfast and fresh orange juice included. The bed was comfortable with power sockets on each side. It is in heart of town so naturally you can hear some traffic noise during the day. Plenty of parking available in a safe spacious underground carpark (10€ a day - special deal by the hotel). Best to park first then carry bags 5 minutes to the hotel as the streets can be a bit busy to navigate. The staff were super friendly and helpful too!

Gezellige stad, leuke smalle maar steile straatjes, prachtige basiliek.
Todo estaba muy limpio y bien cuidado, la estancia muy cómoda y la atención recibida fue excelente. Sin duda, una opción muy recomendable para alojarse. Repetiría sin dudarlo.

El baño, no me gustó, la bañera hay que echarle un vistazo.
Todo súper limpio y la ropa de cama olía súper bien.
No había ruido de la calle, pero un poco del pasillo sí.
Tener que esperar para hacer el check-in hasta las 14:00 y que reservara una habitación con 3 camas y al final fuera cama doble más una supletoria.

room is tiny. good for 1 person but too small for 2 people. bathroom is almost bigger than the room.
El personal era muy amable, incluso me ayudo a subir la mochila, un desayuno fabuloso! Que rico el capuchino y el servicio muy rápido. Las camas muy cómodas y la presión de agua super bien, todas las instalaciones están super limpias!
El ruido de la calle, se escucha muchísimo incluso nos despertaron a las 5:00 de la madrugada la gente que estaba de marcha, por la noche se escucha todo y por el día no se escucha nada. Deberían mejorar las ventanas para mejorar los ruidos de la calle. La bañera necesita un poco de reforma parecia sucia pero era de estar desgastada.
