Es UN Lugar hermoso, lastima del Zargazo no sé podia nadar y despedia un olor muy desagradaable. El personal muy amable y con muchas facilidades por El sargazo que disminuye la calidad del sitio

Lovely stay

Very convenient location, quiet, budget appropriate, easy communication, ocean view. Not false advertising... What you see is what you get. We even got an email letting us know the seaweed was really bad at the time of our trip and offered to change it if we did not care to experience it. I call that good service. Now if you are shopping for groceries cross over the bridge to Akumal pueblo for half price everything at the local supermarket not near the hotel tourist traps. Enjoy!

Really nice place and was very convenient for us. Staff is friendly and the closeness to the La Juana vida pool and restaurant makes it a no brainer.

Gorgeous property right on the beach with a spectacular view. We came at the wrong time of year to really enjoy the beach but we loved snorkeling in the lagoon at the end of the road and swam with the sea turtles at the nature park right up the street. We made Chicken adobo and handmade tortillas in the gorgeous and spacious kitchen. The bed was a little firm for my taste but the property was clean, well stocked and amazing

This was an amazing little spot to unwind and relax and enjoy nature and good food. The Area around the property was amazing and you can enjoy the pool at the nearby restaurant as well. I highly recommend for short stays.

The hotel was located in a great area and situated right on the beach. We had a walk out water for front room which was amazing however, due to the seaweed we could not use the beach and enjoy our beachfront room. Having said that the hotel communication was easy, check and check out was convenient, they even allowed an early check in which we appreciated. I would definitely stay again I would just adjust my travel plans around the high seaweed season. I do recommend this hotel when coming to Akumal!

This was a very nice resort. Room was amazing. View was beautiful. Only downfall was the seaweed which was out of everyone’s control. Gotta love, mother nature.

We had to leave due to the amount of seaweed. For some reason is exactly in that location where gets way more "stock" and stinks horrible!. The all condo stinks so bad we couldn't even sleep. Clothes and everything got stinky too, we had to do laundry on the new place we had to get. We try to negotiate a "refund" and they didn't cooperate.

This was a perfect place to stay. Great restaurants, cenote, spa, grocery store within walking distance. Clean and spacious. Nice halfway point between Tulum and Playa Del Carmen

Other than the sargasso on the beach, everything else was great. Beautiful place!

Good price for the location- minimal amenities as expected. Nice staff, clean property, felt safe the entire time. Beds and sofa were a bit firm.

I love this place! The kitchen is so well equipped. Staff is super amiable and helpful. Beds are comfortable. You are right on the water here. I cannot recommend this place enough!

We loved this place and would definitely go back! The room was incredible. We loved how spacious and bright it was. The view of the Caribbean blue ocean was to die for!

We had a great room with a beach view and hammock. Coffee maker and small fridge. A/C unit was great. Access to the pool a short walk away. Couldn’t use the beach with the sargassum covering it. Ended up driving south, paid to park, paid for entrance to beach, and paid a small fee to snorkel with sea turtles. But totally worth it! Great area!

Affordable accomodations directly on the beach. Basic 1 bdrm condo is simple but has everything you need. Coffeemaker and full fridge plus microwave and stove. Gricery is 3 min walk down the road. We had room cleaning every day but one. There was much seaweed but it didnt smell.
It does make it hard to enter the ocean.

Great location, convenient to many restaurants. Kitchen had plenty of appliances including a blender for fresh fruit smoothies. The beach and bay did have a lot of seaweed, which we were prepared for…not sure if it is a year around occurrence or seasonal. Loved the hammocks on the beach side balcony.
