The floor in the room had never been swept until my wife swept it. The staff are exceptional. It’s not their fault manag

And have to be one of the dirtiest hotels I’ve ever stating absolutely disgusting. I have photos but I am not going to put them up.

Cons:

Air-conditioner filter was absolutely filthy. It was that bad. The air-conditioner wasn’t even even cold. The shower had never been cleaned since the Hotel had opened. I don’t think.

The staff were helpful

Cons:

The room was filthy. I had to clean the air conditioning filter as it looked like it had never been cleaned. My partner cleaned under the bed and it also looked like it was never cleaned. At times there was no hot water and another couple of times there was no water at all. I went to reception to tell them there was no remote for the tv and was told there was no tv at all.

Phòng cũ, nước nóng không có , điều hoà cũng ko mát! Mặc dù NV có bảo đổi phòng nhưng vì muộn và sáng hôm sau mình out nên mình ko muốn đổi phòng!

Phòng ở rộng rãi, sạch sẽ và thoải mái, nội thất hiện đại, mang lại cảm giác thư giãn sau một ngày dài. Nhân viên thì thân thiện và nhiệt tình, luôn sẵn sàng hỗ trợ để chuyến đi trở nên suôn sẻ.

Điều tôi đánh giá cao nữa là không gian chung và tiện nghi: khu vực làm việc/relax thoải mái, khiến tôi vừa có thể nghỉ ngơi, vừa có thể làm việc nếu cần. Mình chắc chắn sẽ quay lại lần nữa và giới thiệu nơi này cho bạn bè!
