Cons:

Kurtaxe für An- und Abreise berechnet, dabei bin ich erst gegen Spätnachmittag angereist und ins Zentrum der Stadt Rostock abgereist. Da sollten mehr Differenzierungen vorgenommen werden, dann grundsätzlich finde ich die Kurtaxe in Ordnung.

Nicht schlecht, aber einiges könnte besser sein
Pros:

Nähe am Meer, ruhige Lage. Personal sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, für jeden etwas dabei. Die Speisen lt der Speisekarte waren hervorragend.

Cons:

Wenn man für ein Deluxe Zimmer auch diesen stolzen hohen Preis verlangt, dann geht man schon davon aus das zum Beispiel ein Kühlschrank, USB Steckdose, Klimaanlage, Ablage Möglichkeit im Bad für Körperpflege Utensilien am Waschbecken, usw,
vorhanden sein sollte. Das parken für Autofreaks ist Horror unter den freistehenden Bäumen und der Vogelkacke auf den Fahrzeugen am nächsten Tag.
Überdachung wäre gut

Nicht gefallen hat,dass das Kopfende der Betten direkt unter der Schräge vom Dach war.Das geht gar nicht!!!

Direkte Nähe zum Strand in einer ruhigen Zone

Cons:

Wir wurden in einer Dachkammer mit zwei Pfeilern im Zimmer untergebracht.
Der Seifenspender war leer. Leere Gläser aus dem Restaurant wurden über Tage nicht mitgenommen und sammelten sich an.
Kleine Chipskrümel lagen nach drei Tagen immer noch auf dem Boden. In der Badewanne war noch der Seifenrand vom Vormieter zu sehen

Enttäuschend, Preis Leistungsverhälnis passt nicht wirklich.
Pros:

Die Nähe zum Meer. Sauberkeit des Zimmers. Bushaltestelle gleich um die Ecke.

Cons:

Absolut unbequeme Betten.(Total durchgelegen) Das Doppelbett bestand aus 2 Einzelbetten und diese drifteten jede Nacht auseinander.(Rollen unterm Bett) Die Dachschrägen wo man sich gefühlt 3 mal am Tag den Kopf stößt. Schlechter TV Empfang. Im Gastraum roch es unangenehm nach Essen. Personal war mit aufgesetzter Freundlichkeit unterwegs. Empfang sehr kühl und unpersönlich. Viele Verbotsschilder und Warnungen. Wir waren zum Glück nur zum Schlafen und Frühstücken dort. Mittag und Abendessen gibt es in Warnemünde je nach Lokal günstiger.

Very expensive for the services offered, won’t be returning
Pros:

Excellent location, only a few minutes away from the sea (although no view) and clean

Cons:

Very unfriendly staff; beds and pillows were incredibly uncomfortable, the bed was also made of two separate mattresses; very weak coffee, not much breakfast variety and if you weren’t there at opening time, a lot of the food would already be gone; checkout had to happen before 10:30 AM latest; very expensive for the services provided.

Pros:

Was hat mir gefallen? Einfach alles. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen im Restaurant sowie das Frühstücksbuffet hervorragend. Und die Zimmer super sauber und gemütlich. Auch unser Hund hat sich dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Cons:

Hier kann ich leider nichts reinschreiben, da ich nichts zu beanstanden habe.
