Great location but not a good experience overall

Pros:

I had booked two rooms - one for myself and one for my assistant. The other room did not have water supply finally the hotel guys had to bring in two buckets of water so that my assistant could use. The room should have been checked before allowing use by client. Also the check in process was slow and long.
