Not quite like home...
Cons:

Breakfast: Not many options and out of all items to make a breakfast sandwich. 8am is when I was there...

Pool had no clean towels - even though the front desk was told many times, no efforts were made to get us any towels until multiple people went to speak to them. They told us at first to use our room towels and I countered that we would then need more towels in our room so we should just get room towels at the desk? Then I was given one for 3 kids who were in the pool.... I said that's not going to work! So, they reluctantly gave us 3 towels. Pool area had a party or something taking up all of the patio - lots of unsupervised kids and very loud, not a relaxing experience for anyone...

The room had the loudest air conditioner I have ever heard - sounded like a baby bird was stuck inside.

Front desk issues at check in, seemed like the front desk was overwhelmed and unprepared.

The hotel stay was expensive for what we got out of it... we won't be coming back to this location.

The staff was friendly and showed enthusiasm for any assistance that customer needed. The coffee was very tasty compared
