The breakfast was phenomenal! The staff were helpful!

Cons:

Couldn't find the hot tub. USB charging ports in both nightstands didn't work. Pillows that we had to get from staff for sofa bed smelled like mildew

Good hotel bad staff members
Pros:

Jackson, the General assistant manager and the young friendly woman were the only two at the front desk who was nice during our stay at the Home2 suites. Everyone else was rude and impatient. Randy the breakfast attender was very unprofessional and rude. We won’t be returning to this hotel again. You would think that someone who has booked at this hotel, so many times and for long period of times that they would make us feel welcomed, but we felt unwelcome and uncomfortable. Staff members would give us bad looks for no apparent reason whatsoever.

Pros:

Our rooms didn't come with an ironing board, we had to ask the front desk for them. Also the tap water had a horrible taste and we could only drink bottled water that we purchased. Lastly, we had 2 rooms booked and would have appreciated the rooms being connected, and that wasn't the case. We were on the same floor, but very far from one another. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay very much and will come back. Staff was awesome, beds were super comfy, breakfast in the lobby every morning was superb and so convenient.
