The refrigerator didn't work. The shampoo and conditioner dispensers were empty. The waffle maker was out of order. And even after notifying them nothing was done.
The beds were comfy and the lady checking us out was sweet .
When I first got there the lady checking us in acted like we were a bother . The room felt like it was a lot of moisture like even the mirror would get foggy and floors felt wet . Breakfast was the worst I ever had at a hotel .

The decor in the lobby is amazing! That’s why I chose it.
Only issue I had was I couldn’t use my tv the first night. They were upgrading their systems/TVs and left the old remote in my room.
The beds are comfy, the staff are very nice, and great location!
No microwave in the room.

Wir haben das Hotel aufgrund seiner Lage gewählt. Da wir jemanden in der Nähe besucht haben. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Die Zimmer groß genug und sauber. Aufgrund seines Pools haben wir dieses Hotel ebenfalls ausgesucht. Leider war er die ganzen 5 Tage gesperrt. Sehr schade

I think the breakfast was a little lacking as far as quality. But the choices were exceptional, and the lady's in that area were very pleasant as well as the cleaning service person. Other then the quality of the food, my only complaint was the lack of enthusiasm of the oerson that checked me in. People should be remember to be himble and non-judgmental towards travelers. I was traveling to attend a graduation of a family member at TRC Smyrna.
As I said above. I think the quality and freshness of the breakfast could have been improved as well as the enthusiasm of the person that took my card when I checked in.
Now, he wasn't rude, but he didn't seem happy to see me.
Location was good and bed is comfortable.
Walls are so thin we could hear our neighbors from 11:30pm until 1:00am when we called the desk to ask them to turn the music down. We could hear conversations very clearly so it kept us awake. Very frustrating as we were there for an early morning soccer game. Will not pick a Tru by Hilton again!
Very large and clean room. The location was very good.
No water at the breakfast. Many may not drink coffee or juice. So providing water would be great
We had a late check in, and after a long day of traveling, we were greeted with a very professional and accommodating staff. Deangelo made sure we were checked in quickly with an infectious positive attitude that we don’t always get to experience on our frequent travels. It was refreshing. He also made sure to walk through the lobby during breakfast to make sure guests had what they needed and asked how their day was.
