Pool was dirty first 3 days was cleaned on last day. Breakfast was under cooked. People were smoking at pool .

Just stay!
Pros:

The check in clerk could not have been more kind and accommodating. The bed was so comfortable that I slept through the night which doesn't happen often. The bathroom had all the amenities!

Cons:

Our window was really close to the highway, but the sound barrier was pretty good.

The hotel itself was lovely. We enjoyed our whole stay.

Cons:

The elevator was broken the whole time we were there, and we had to walk up and down 4 flights of stairs!!! For this reason, I will NEVER stay at this location again. I had knee replacement surgery and a bad back, and it made it very difficult to do!!

Cons:

No working elevators. Did not get my preference room due to disability. Was out in the 3rd floor. Very difficult to eat breakfast and walk the stairs with my disability. Did not offer to cancel without penalty. Would not work with us to compensate the inconvenience. Bad management.

Our stay was good.
Pros:

Property was very clean. Room was nice and comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Elevator quit working and we had to start using the stairs. This included carrying our luggage down the stairs from the 4th floor.
