I had a little issues with the house keeping… by chance a survey was send and I stated my issue immediately was contacted by the front desk on duty Sharee and she corrected it and apologized profusely and it was corrected within minutes…

Enjoyed a very nice weekend trip thanks to a comfy room and central location.
Pros:

Property offered hot breakfast with a nice variety of options.
Room was spacious with comfortable bedding and nice shower.
Property is in a central location, close to supermarkets and several restaurants. Just 30 min from major attractions like the NASCAR Hall of Fame Museum, Museum of Illusion and Escapology.

Cons:

Parking seems limited - mostly compact car spaces and people’s inability to park within the lines (taking up multiple spaces).
Hotel was pricey for 3 nights, although it was last minute and the least expensive of all options on the site.

Honestly, nothing!

Cons:

People all in hallway (including the ppl painting), smell in hallways, people smoking all around the building, and the parking was horrible because of the location. The staff were nonchalant!

Family Stay Choice
Pros:

We really enjoy the friendly front desk staff and responsive maintenance and cleaning team. The breakfast is well attended and replenished. The patio area is welcoming and the rooms are a comfortable size.

Cons:

Only 1 working elevator, sometimes smells of Marijuana in the halls and patio area, beds very high for hip replacement persons, had to ask daily for service even though no signs were on our door
