Staff all very friendly, good facilities, shuttle was available whenever we needed it.

Le système de navette avec le Breuil fonctionne très bien et est très réactif.
La posizione, le viste della finestra, la colazione, comodo il parcheggio davanti al hotel, il personale, servizio di navetta agl’impianti da sci, anche se per noi sendo in 5 era più economico e comodo andare con la macchina e pagare il parcheggio
Sono rimasta molto delusa dell’ appartamento e camera, rivelatesi molto decadente, avrebbe bisogno di una rimodernazione!!!
Manca l’attenzione ai dettagli: phon in bagno tenuto intatto con dei giri di nastro adesivo, maniglia della specchiera in bagno fatto anche questo con lo nastro nero, le piastrelle nella doccia che si stanno scollando, le piastrelle nella doccia del secondo bagno fatto a specchio sono crepate. Termosifone in bagno non funzionante. Odore di fogna costante nel appartamento.Insomma, queste cose non me l’aspetto in un albergo dove si paga e aggiungerei, neanche poco.
Il loro cane, un grosso Terranova, tenuto libero in giro per l’albergo,(il mio cane anziano aveva il terrore di lui) specialmente non igienico, visto che sbavava, e che girava intorno alla sala colazione e arrivava ad annusare le torte.
La moquette dovrebbe essere tolta, non è igienica quando ci sono le presenze di animali.

Leuk familiehotel, vriendelijk personeel, gezellig met barretje en poolbiljart ruimte. Shuttle service voor 2 euro per persoon stond vrijwel direct klaar voor brengen en halen. 15 minuten lopen naar dorp en liften. Keuken en eetgedeelte in het familie appartement is aan de kleine kant wanneer je op de slaapbank slaapt en ook wil koken en eten met z'n vieren. Maar je kunt ook gebruik maken van de gezamenlijk ruimte en daar gezellig zitten/dineren. Er zijn veel lekkere restaurantjes in het gezellige dorp ook.

We really enjoyed staying in Lac Bleu during the Christmas week! Staff were really friendly and helpful. The shuttle service runs efficiently to the village/ski base.They organised a special Christmas event in the snow covered garden with lovely lit-up huts, delicious food and drinks! It is a little gem and we will definitely return to this place in our next ski trip! Thank you xxx

This is one of the best places we have ever stayed. The owners are incredibly friendly, informative and helpful. It is a short walk in to town or a regular hotel shuttle (3 Euro) Comfortable and spacious with a charming bar
Nothing negative.
A very nice family hotel, ultra-hospitable multiligual family running it. Big apartment, great view, kitchenette with everything needed. Three minutes by car to a parking lot near pistas (do not choose one close to main skilift, go 270 degrees to the left at the roundaboout at the entrance to the village)
There is really one minus in the flat: the shower cabin should be better insulated, it is leaking on the floor whatever careful you are when taking shower. Also, the foam overmattress in the bedroom makes the bed too warm. (To the opposite, the folding sofa in the dining room/kitchen is really big and comfortable)
Breakfast can be a little more different in terms of changing meals.

Location of apartment was ideal for our group. 15 minute walk to the Main Street or 2 minute shuttle. Hotel staff were very friendly, super helpful and accommodating.
If you do not like animals not a great place to stay. We enjoyed them but may not be for everyone.
Great little hotel with an eclectic vibe and friendly owners.
A short walk from the centre of town or take the ski shuttle that they run 8am to 11pm.
