Todo esta muy bien
It was fine and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was excellent!
The decor could use a refresh. I thought I was booking the other Hampton Inn -Biltmore Village. I think the names Biltmore Village and Biltmore Area are deceptively similar so it was a bit of a bait and switch.
Excellent property and room. Clean and tidy for property and room. Check in was great. The room was clean and very comfortable. Amenities were great. Breakfast was the highlight of the stay. Staff are professional and courteous. This was a great experience for my family and me. We will always stay at the Hampton Inn if all properties follow the Asheville property.
It convenient to what we need
The bar staff was less then friendly and their food selections were limited and then they were out of lots of options.

I almost only gave it a 4 , but after staying 2 nights and today’s breakfast I gave it a 5. We were surprised with an upgraded suite which was much appreciated. Very comfortable quiet room in the back. Today’s breakfast was a cheese omelette and nice and hot. Yesterday’s was a Denver omelette which was cold. Sausage served both days. With some people not able to eat ham for medical reasons I wonder why Denver omelettes are served and still serve sausage. If sausage is going to be served as a side anyway, why not always serve cheese omelettes or vegetable omelettes and satisfy more people.

Quite close to the Biltmore, also. The staff was very accommodating and gave us a room on the backside of the hotel which was quiet and restful.
I do not appreciate the Western Omelettes because they have ham. That would be the only negative. The next day we were served the Egg & Cheese Omelettes which made me happy!
I would definitely stay there again as it was a very nice stay. Across the road from the Tanger Outlets.
