Pros:

It was a very nice hotel. The food was good, I did like that there was a wine bar.

Cons:

This hotel needs a hot tub.

Pros:

The breakfast was decent.

Cons:

The beds were incredibly hard, causing severe back pain in the morning. The blackout curtains didn’t close properly, stopping at the air conditioning unit, which allowed the outside lights to shine through the window all night. Additionally, all the doors to the rooms slammed shut, resulting in constant slamming sounds throughout the night.

It was clean

Cons:

The intersection was right outside of our room and had to run a noise machine to drown out road noise. Also was disappointed at bar, not bartender fault. Cooler wasn't working and very limited bar. Also breakfast was ok, not everyone wants plant based sausage.

What a JOYful experience mostly due to the exceptional customer service provided by Jazmine, Erika, and Mayon (sp?) From the moment of arrival with their delightful greeting until our departure, these three extended superior hospitality!! Can’t wait to visit again!!

It was fine and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was excellent!

Cons:

The decor could use a refresh. I thought I was booking the other Hampton Inn -Biltmore Village. I think the names Biltmore Village and Biltmore Area are deceptively similar so it was a bit of a bait and switch.
