The lobby was very inviting with its upgraded features. All the staff were friendly and ensured that I had everything I needed during my stay (special shout out to Caroline, Tammie, and Brittney). This hotel is very pet friendly as my pup was the star of the show every time we saw staff. :) There is also a Petco next door for all your pet vare needs. My room was VERY clean and comfortable. I was very impressed. The location was ideal for shopping, gas, groceries, and dining. Pssst... the Tanger outlets are right across the street! I love visiting Asheville and this hotel will be my choice every time. :)
To no fault of the hotel but be mindful it can get very noisy with traffic especially during the weekdays. Also, the blackout curtains will not close all the way so if you're okay with the sun sitting on your face in the AM, then disregard :) but if you're part vampire like me (lol), then bring some bag clips. ;)
The breakfast was eggs and turkey sausage I think. There were waffles and cereal. It was decent. Fresh fruit cut up would be nice. Check in was easy. The staff was friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. You could hear some loud traffic but it's close to highway. The light comes into room early and the blackout curtains don't close to keep it out. Everything else was great. I would stay again!

Excellent breakfast with many choices - sweet and savory, and pleasant set up with comfortable seating and a lot of natural light in the breakfast area. Staff was pleasant and refilling the station regularly. Coffee was good too!

Great, convient location- had a nice view on the 7th floor. Front desk staff was very responsive! Very clean room and comfortable beds & pillows. Great hot breakfast! Staffed well! Coffee, tea, & hot chocolate available in the lobby.
