Great place to stay, extra friendly staff, CLEAN!!!
Pros:

Customer service here is top notch! Couldn't ask for more personable, friendly staff. Room was very clean, plenty of towels, comfortable bed and extra pillows. King suite had a couch and small kitchen area, a desk, and because it was on the corner, it had lots of windows.

Cons:

We liked everything.

Amazing staff, very clean , has a good bar and breakfast
Pros:

About 10 mins from downtown ashville , 20-30 mins from hiking trails and breweries and an apple orchard and very welcoming staff and clean.

The breakfast was delicious! The location was also great.

Cons:

There was nothing that I didn't like. My sister and I both enjoyed our stay. The bed was comfortable too. I loved the shower.

Exceptional room and friendly staff
Pros:

The location was perfect for what we needed. It was close to both Sierra Nevada Brewery and downtown.

Cons:

The booking didn’t go through on their end so it was a bit of a cluster when we arrived. They managed to exceed our expectations with the room we were assigned. The bed and pillows were not great. The bed was very hard and the pillows too soft.

It was home away from home during a challenging time because I came for a family funeral.
Pros:

The staff were friendly. The breakfast was good. The room was super comfortable. I loved the complimentary coffee (delicious).

Cons:

I did not like that my transportation got mixed up with the Village version of Hampton Inn & Suites.
