Termal odayi aldim jakuzili olan. Oda ve terasi inanilmaz buyuk. Otel cok temizdi calisanlar muthis insanlar cok yardimci oldular hersey icin.

Der Spa Bereich ist okay, Massagen sind recht preisgünstig. Der Thermalpool ist angenehm warm.

Das Hotel ist okay, aber kein 5-Sterne-Hotel. Es ist nicht mehr in dem allerbesten Zustand.

Das Frühstück war überschaubar und überhaupt nicht abwechslungsreich. Es wurde nicht zügig nachgefüllt. Der Kaffee war ungenießbar.

Das Zimmer war okay. Wir haben Early Check in bezahlt aber nicht erhalten und das Personal wirkte davon überfordert. Für unseren fast 4-Jahre alten Sohn hat man uns statt einem Zustellbett ein Babybett ins Zimmer gestellt. Auch diesen Fehler konnte man nicht beheben. Er hat sich dann mit seiner Schwester die Schlafcouch geteilt. Nicht ideal, ging aber.

Leider verfügt das Hotel nur über einen Thermalpool. Selbst der Kinderpool ist mit Thermalwasser gefüllt und für kleine Kinder zu heiß.

Das Hotel war am zweiten Tag voll mit einer großen Gruppe von allein reisenden Männern (vermutlich eine Seminargruppe oder ähnliches). Fast den gesamten Nachmittag waren dann alle Liegen im Poolbereich belegt und schwimmen war nicht mehr möglich (zu voll).

I stayed at Questa Thermal & Spa Hotel in Eskişehir and had a very nice experience. The staff are especially kind and helpful, which made the stay even better. The hotel itself is comfortable and a good choice if you are planning to stay in Eskişehir. I would recommend it.

Deluks odada kaldık, odada termal su ve küvet olağanüstü idi. Kahvaltı çok guzeldi. Çalışanlar, ilgili ve güler yüzlü. Oda temiz ve rahattı. Çok memnun kaldık.

Şehrin biraz dışında.

Termal olmayan güzel otel 😁

Otel çok iyi , personel çok iyi fakat KESİNLİKLE BİR TERMAL OTELİ değil , termal suyu buz gibi havuza girilemiyor ..
