Todo perfecto
Location, food and staff were great. Good service and good value.
Room was very clean, staff very helpful, location good.
Very small room, probably the norm in Tokyo.
Location, food and staff were great. Good service and good value.
Lokasyonu gayet iyi.
A bidet in my room was broken. There was no safe inside the room.
If you're looking for accommodation in a quieter part of Tokyo, yet with excellent access to the city's main attractions via a nearby train station, this is an outstanding choice. Nestled in a charming neighbourhood that was a pleasure to explore, the hotel is surrounded by an abundance of local izakayas, restaurants, and convenience stores, all just a short stroll away. One of Tokyo's most iconic landmarks, Sensō-ji Temple, is also within easy walking distance, making it an ideal base for sightseeing.
The room itself was spotless, well presented, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful, particularly when assisting us with forwarding our luggage to our next destination. They patiently explained the process, handled the arrangements, and even called ahead to ensure everything went smoothly. The complimentary room slippers and yukata were also a thoughtful touch and added to the overall experience.
Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located, and welcoming place to stay in Tokyo.
The only notable downside was the size of our room, which measured approximately 11 square metres. While it was thoughtfully designed to maximise the available space, it did feel quite cramped, particularly when both of our suitcases were open, leaving very little floor space to move around. Thankfully, there was convenient storage under the bed for luggage when it wasn't in use, which helped considerably.
That said, compact rooms are fairly common throughout Japan, especially in Tokyo, so this wasn't entirely unexpected and certainly didn't detract significantly from our overall stay.
