Pros:

The stay was average. Staff tried to help, but communication was difficult since only one person spoke English. I also had an issue with cold shower water that wasn’t resolved after I asked. Overall, I didn’t spend much time in the hotel, only for sleeping and showering.

Booked online 5 day and stayed 15min just so i can make another booking to other hotel. (no refund), no alcohol allowed inside hotel, they inform you at reception ... very bad experience!!

Pros:

Sin duda lo centrico. Puedes llegar a cualquier punto de la ciudad con facilidad, en especial el parque de Las Palapas. El restaurante esta muy bien y barata la comida para desayunar. Y que cuenta con estacionamiento eso ws muy importante.

Pues hay detalles sin duda, pero pues nada que me haya afectado.

Bien para pasar solo la noche
Pros:

Buen trato del personal, para pasar una noche está bien, pero para una estancia larga buscaría otra opción un poco más cómoda.

Cons:

A pesar de estar "limpio" (no impecable) las habitaciones ya se sienten y están viejitas.

Tercer inicio de vacaciones.
Pros:

Es la tercera vez que iniciamos el arranque dn Cancún y tomamos este hotel para inicio de vacaciones con itinerario de Mérida, Valladolid, Playa del Cármen y rematamos en Cancún y tomamos este hotel por la relación calidad-precio y excelente ubicación.

WHAT!! NO LIQUOR ALLOWED??🤷‍♀️
Pros:

Hotel was in downtown close to restaurants, shopping, and transportation. There was a nice refreshing pool, and another on the roof that was being remodeled. The rooms were large and modern with comfortable beds and a large walk in shower that was great for my mom who uses a walker. The Restaurant in lobby was delicious and convenient. Staff was very nice & helpful.

Cons:

Didn't like the fact that we could NOT bring alcoholic drinks to OUR room or anywhere on the property for fear of being evicted and the Hotel could be shut down! Thought that was unusual since WE ARE IN MEXICO!!! They could also use bars in the bathroom for handicap accessibility.
