Bookling.com associate was very helpful dealing with rude receptionist and an unsafe environment.
Some of the images being used to advertise the hotel are unrealistic. Mainly the one showing outside of the hotel. The hotel also serves as a day hotel there's a lot of random people going in and ask hotel guests to swipe them in with their key.
Lit très confortable, cuisine équipée, SDB propre et moderne. Produits d'hygiène de qualité. Café en libre service. Grand réfrigérateur.
L'heure de check-in tardive (4pm). Chambre à côté des ascenseurs donc bruyant la nuit. Personnel rencontré peu agréable. Frigo bruyant, nous avons dû l'éteindre pour la nuit ce qui n'est pas très pratique lorsqu'il y a des choses à l'intérieur.
Confortable leans, pillows and bed. The guests respect the silence. It is located at downtown near the inner harbour.
The fridge and the heater make too much noise. The position of the television is ackward.
The staff (specially Raquel) was very nice to us, the rooms was clean, big and the whole building was very nice! The neighborhood is not as dangerous as people say, we walked at night in the harbor and around the hotel, and it was just like a normal city.

The location
We were told in order to get hot water we had to run the sink faucet and shower for 5 minutes before we could get got water end that didn’t even work. There was only one working elevator and when we got in a worker was in there on a ladder!

Quarto enorme e muito bem equipado, com fogão, microondas, geladeira, panelas, tudo. É um mini apartamento mesmo. Cama bem confortável e a localização é boa no centro de baltimore, perto das vias publicas e transporte coletivo.
O hotel tem uma mini mercearia pra voce comprar coisas que não tem quase nada, nada mesmo, parece até meio abandonada. Devia ter mais coisas, especialmente as que não vencem rápido. Outra coisa, não deixaram alguns itens como bucha e detergente pra gente limpar os utensilios.
