Great location and staff, no hot water and broken air condition made the room uncomfortable.
Pros:

I loved the location & the staff were accommodating! Rooms were clean and loved the full kitchen.

Cons:

There was no hot water during the entire stay and the air condition would not work. We had to move rooms because it reached 82 degrees in our original room, but wasn’t any better in the next room. The shower was extremely cold when it was working, at some points we had no water in the room because of a pipe bursting. Staff was as helpful as they could have been in the situation so we were grateful for that.

Gorgeous view, perfect for someone who enjoys the city sounds. Front desk staff was so kind and even upgraded our room.
Pros:

The view was nice, the noise is loud but I expect that from a large city.

Cons:

The noise of the city and the hot water not working immediately. Had to look at reviews online to know that it takes awhile to heat up through the old pipes - I wish they had told us as we thought there was no hot water.

It was okay
Pros:

The room layout was nice and the king size bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

There was a rip in the comforter when my husband and I checked in. I asked for a replacement, they said they didn’t have more and then the window wouldn’t close so we were up all night hearing the traffic outside. The shower wasn’t fully clean either. Bed was comfy. The room was clean but it really is a 50/50 I’d give the hotel another chance because it has the ability to be good.

Clean room in convenient location
Pros:

Location is pretty central and walkable to most things you need around the Inner Harbor. Room was clean and quite modern with a comfy bed. Good value overall.

Cons:

Hallway carpets needed a clean, inconvenient to get a key to access shop, area around hotel could feel a bit shady to some

Pros:

Room we booked on booking.com did not look like the room we got

Cons:

It looked like the room had more space when we booked when we got there , the room wasn’t like we booked our friends got upgraded to a suite 😂 but we paid more for our room than they did for there room before they got upgraded
