Pros:

I really liked the staff. The hotel was clean. The room was clean and the bed, linens and pillows were awesome. There were many blemishes all over the room and in the lobby. Leftover screw holes in walls where things had been changed or taken down but never refinished or refinished poorly. The lobby had live plants in the windows that looks like it started out with all plants in red ceramic containers but somewhere along the way some white paint buckets and other strange planters joined the groupings and ruined the whole presentation. Plants need to be groomed as well.

I would not recommend
Pros:

The view outside was nice and the men at the front desk had great customer service

Cons:

The fights , very loud music throughout the night. It felt more like a 1 star hotel considering the price they charged.

Convenient location. Clean. Amenities as described. Front desk gentleman very helpful and kind.

Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Great shower pressure and temp.

Cons:

Huge snowstorm left us having to check out early, no partial refund offered on day checked out, under state of emergency declared by Gov Wes Moore.

We had a great time and we will be back again next year.
Pros:

The staff was welcoming, helpful and great. Very knowledgeable and made the stay enjoyable. I also liked that the hotel had a key entry at the front door after a certain time. It made me feel safe.
