Pros:

Room was clean
Staff very helpful. Rooms cleaned everyday. Bath room taps back side full of dirts

Very Poor Management
Pros:

Had a good stay, with extremely helpful reception staff especially Bneha.
Rating it poorly because of poor management. Never stayed in a place where they charge you for misplaced 2nd door keycard and for a slightly stained bath towel.
Totally unreasonable charges

Pros:

The room was large with a balcony, quite spacious and very tidy. The deal came with breakfast, so the cost was very affordable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Towels were clean and soft, bathroom was clean and had all the facilities. The only problem was the lack of supply of toilet rolls, coffee etc. we had to ask for these items. Would we stay here again “definitely”.
