Pros:

La stanza è dotata di tutti i comfort necessari e la posizione è ottima, a pochi passi dal Seogwipo Maeil Olle Market. È possibile utilizzare, a pagamento, lavatrice e asciugatrice, e c’è anche la possibilità di parcheggiare gratuitamente l’auto, un servizio sicuramente molto comodo.
I parcheggiatori sono stati davvero gentili, disponibili e sempre pronti ad aiutare. Altro punto a favore è la presenza di un 7Eleven direttamente all’interno della struttura.

Cons:

Al nostro arrivo non c’era nessuno ad assisterci per il check-in, ma erano disponibili esclusivamente delle macchinette per il self check-in, che purtroppo non funzionavano correttamente.
Durante il soggiorno abbiamo inoltre trovato più volte delle blatte nei corridoi, cosa sicuramente poco piacevole. Anche la pulizia generale lascia un po’ a desiderare e, nel complesso, la struttura non offre un’impressione particolarmente curata.

Pros:

Location was great, very quiet area, close to bus stops, grocery and local market. 7/11 is on the ground floor. Bed was comfortable and we slept well. We choose the sea view room and the view was as we expected. Size of the room was definitely enough for two people.

Cons:

The room wasn’t particularly clean. I don’t think the floor underneath the bed had been cleaned for at least a few months, as it was extremely dirty. This also made me start wondering whether the rest of the room had been cleaned thoroughly enough.

Great value for the money.
Pros:

While the room is small, it had a great view of the mountains, so it felt bigger. Bed was med firm, nice bedding, A/C worked great. Great value for the money. Wanted to extend my stay, but they were booked. For my American/European friends - wet shower (no curtain) and hand towels, not bath towels. This is normal in Korean places.

Cons:

No plug by the bed, but one is nearby on desk. If you have a long cord, you'll be fine. I only saw staff near check in and check out time, but they were very helpful.

位置。
距離偶來有市場不到3分鐘的距離，只要走出去，就會看到市場的方向。房間的水壓很舒服，不會太小。✌️

有公用飲水機可以裝水。每次上樓前，都將水杯裝滿水，因此，才不會缺水口渴。👍😅

有自己的停車場。
有專門的人在看顧，因為有的車子要進去機械，通常是較低的車子，那種休旅車式的就無法，也因此回來時，我都會有位子可以停車，而且，捲髮的阿啾西人很親切會引導你停車，且你只要把車子開進去固定的位置就好，其他的機器操作，阿啾西會幫你。😍

Pros:

徒歩１~２分ほどで、ソギポの市場に行けるので夕飯をそこで調達しとても便利でした
コンビニも近いし、繁華街がすぐなので立地は良いと思います
また、駐車場も無料で使えるのは助かりました

Cons:

とにかくベッドだけある寝るだけの空間で、こんなにコンパクトな室内は初めて見た気がします(笑)
またチェックイン、アウトを機械でしますがスタッフ１名くらいは常駐してた方が安心かなと思いました

Pros:

1. 10樓看出去的景色很棒
2. 不確定住的期間是不是沒什麼客人，晚上沒聽到吵雜或聊天聲音，是不用耳塞就可以入睡

Cons:

1. 早餐停止供應😭
2. 這棟大樓地下室也有經營機械停車服務，坐電梯到達B1,突然停電，電梯發出很大聲響，很慶幸自己已經出電梯（很怕搭電梯中遇到停電）
