Pros:

The staff at reception and the restaurant were exceptionally warm and friendly and helpful.
But the room was not worth the money. Glass sliding window could not be locked and it was a minor security threat. Tap on the bathroom sink was loose. The white mat on bathroom floor was dirty and someone had kept it folded just not to show the stains. Breakfast buffet is inr 350 and some items were not very fresh, could improve. Overall still good, but there's room to grow. Would go again if nearby novotel isn't available.

Totally worth the money!
Pros:

Rooms were just as they appeared online. Super clean and comfortable. Staff went out of their way to help us. Restaurant food was best I had in my two weeks in India.
