Przyjemne miejsce
Pros:

Ładne miejsce, duży plus za basen, pokój czysty, klimatyzacja i ciśnienie pod prysznicem dobre.

Cons:

Jedyny minus że w pokoju na ostatnim piętrze (sufit skośny) ściana dzielona z pokojem sąsiednim nie jest do samej góry i ma się wrażenie jakby się mieszkało z sąsiadami, bo słychać ich bez problemu, tylko ich nie widzimy.

The lokation, 3 minutes walk to the beach and restaurants.
The garden are so beutiful and calm with a wery nice pool.
The service are absolutly the best you can get.
It is wery clean and the beds are so comfortable.

The owner was good and very helpful, took care of what ever needed.
Pros:

Pool - It was Kept clean but because of the greenery there were small insects.
Clean - The property was kept clean but again because of the greenery there were mosquitos which is common.
Breakfast - It was just right.

Cons:

The hot water was not very hot and had to waits a long time for it to come thus wasting water. The person kept looking after the property was not very approachable it could be because he could not speak proper english.

Nice stay near the airport, friendly staff, nice garden area
Pros:

Nice rooms and grounds, friendly welcome and service.
We used it for 1 night on arrival before touring the island.
We were happy to stay there. It has a pool but we didn't have time to use it.

Pros:

A lovely peaceful place with beautiful gardens. Nice basic room with kettle (tea bags even provided) & fridge & small balcony. The pool was small but clean & had loungers with pads & pool towels available. Lovely breakfast available to purchase if required. We only booked 2 nights as travelling on, but would definitely go back and stay again, it was good value for money.

Cons:

Nothing! The only thing is the address given for the property on booking.com is incorrect. It states the address as 22/3 Poruthota Road but if you click on get directions the location is as it shows, down a side street off Poruthota road, called A.K. Schnakenburg & then first left.

Pros:

The room was a good size, although the air conditioning was difficult to control overnight. The fridge was dirty on arrival, the TV didn’t work, and while the bathroom was a good size, the lighting was quite poor after dark.
The swimming pool was clean and great for a refreshing dip after a hot day out.
Breakfast was very nice and well prepared.
The hotel is set back from the beach and the main street, which makes it very quiet and peaceful.

Belle adresse à Negombo
Pros:

Chambre spacieuse, paroi de douche qui évite de noyer toute la salle de bain, emplacement au calme, belle piscine propre et bien entretenue, petit-déjeuner correct (pot de thé, pas juste une tasse), gérant sympathique.

Good value and price ratio.
Pros:

Pleasant staff, allowed us to swim in a pool after long travel when we came late. Breakfast was pleasant, fast and tasty. Very nice garden cosy, clean no traffic noise. Really good price and value ratio.

Cons:

Maybe would be nice to pay by card.
