酒店根本没人接待。No body, no accept there, keep you waiting!!!
I’m waiting there almost 5 hours!!!
位置非常好，海景房，距离厦大和白城沙滩很近，步行即可，楼下就是商业区购物方便；房间很大很漂亮，有两个房间，最多可以住四个人；不过就是公寓短租，完全没有任何服务，我们去之前特意打电话确认预定情况，才知道需要提前打电话给一个管家送钥匙并来接我们，结果按照要求提前打了电话，到了之后还是让我们等了快半个小时才来，丢下钥匙就走，害我们自己又找了半天，非常无语；另外房间没有吹风机，大家预定前谨慎考虑。
不滿意－廁所沒有間隔，水溫時熱時冷。電視太小，開電視後完全沒有畫面，要自己慢慢調頻，每次開啟都要重新調頻。吹風機壞掉，聯絡不上負責人換吹風機。整體而言，大而無當，房間雖大，但實用傢俬欠奉，空盪盪的。

But hotel guest must has China Mobile Phone Number (e.g. 13xxxxxxxxx) to communication with Hotel manager when check in.
I needed a room and free airport transfers for an overnight layover. This did not end up being ideal for that situation but might be good for a longer stay as long as you confirm the airport transfer well in advance. Communication was very difficult (English speaker) and the instructions for the check-in process were not clear. I ended up having to pay for a taxi to and from the airport. The room was beautiful and clean.

靠海邊及夏門大學、視覺很棒、、地點很好、房間也很舒適、只不過訂的房型要自己確定好、否則常會給錯房型！
Great place, great view.
The location is convenient, a big shopping mall and many restaurants nearby. Overall is good.
Need some improvements on the cleanliness and the service. They let me waited at the lobby for more than 30mins to complete the check-in process.
Rate 4 in terms of value for money. But first night they did not give me a room with seaview which is what I booked. They transfered me to seaview from the second night. However, bed is uncomfortable and aircon very noisy. Also given wrong access card which is for the wrong floor. No housekeeping at all though they say there is cleaning etc every day. I had to clear rubbish myself every night.
Overall though it is still OK considering the value for money and the convenient location.
