Mahmoud welcomed us to the hotel and gave us an awesome introduction the Chedi.
He gave us a walking history tour which was just brilliant.
The room was far better than the online pictures!
The decor and ambience is so different to the usual hotel that it was just wonderful.
And a shout out also to your staff from Divine in the restaurant to the guys constantly on the move around the complex, all were friendly and incredibly helpful.
Will be back in the future for a longer visit with more of the family hopefully.

Elegant, with every comfort thought of and the most attentive service. I can’t recommend this place enough. The heritage building and decorative details really give a sense of old world Sharjah, without any compromises in modern comforts. I hope to come back soon.

Perhaps one of the best hotels I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying at.
Was a little concerned when I first checked in as they were setting up for a private event that evening and the common areas were a little messy, but my perception turned around very quickly.

Beautiful historic hotel. Staff extremely helpful and friendly and provided exceptional service. Breakfast which was included was delicious. Everything fresh with lots of choice. Our room was upgraded to one with a private plunge pool. Very walkable.
I love this hotel. It’s charming and luxurious without feeling like it’s over the top. Great service. Fantastic rooms. Ambiance to the max.

Beautiful place, lovely breakfast, staff were wonderful. The festive Christmas Eve dinner and entertainment was top! Couple of things to note: dining is limited considering the level of this property and brand. For example, we wanted to order pizza and it wasn’t available but pasta was. The outside Sitting area where the reception is very beautiful and comfortable yet it’s not normally possible to order coffee or snack and enjoy it there despite the area being big with beautiful sitting area where one could enjoy time during the day as well as in the evening.
One other point to note - our room had smell of dampness. It was very noticeable and not pleasant …

This hotel is true to my memory of the Chedi Muscat: absolutely stunning ! Great architecture and amenities, fantastic service, so beautifu ald peaceful... all this in the heart of "old Sharjah" which is so under-rated but so nice for a 1-2 days break. Sharjah museums are really way better than anything else you'll find the UAE (with the exceptoin of Louvre Abu Dhabi) and many are within walking distance of this hotel.
Our room was amazing: so spacious and quiet. The bed was super comfortable. The interior was a beautiful mix of traditional and modern. Loved every minute at this place.
We had an amazing Anniversary stay at the Chedi al Bait. Best experience ever, nothing to fault. Staff, service, facilties and food were top notch. You are truly transported to a beautiful dream when you stay here. Will happily come back.
