Pros:

Very clean environment, great staff from front desk to housekeeping.
Could use a plumbing services to adjust the Bidet continuously leaking, and get bit more hot water on the pot. Over-all environment very clean, as said before great staff services.

Pros:

The address is wrong so you cannot use Google maps to ping the actual hotel. Google sent us to The Tamarind Shop in downtown about two miles from the actual hotel. The staff did not speak English so it was very frustrating navigating the very busy city center. To get to the hotel you have to enter the Big C parking lot off of 21 south, turn out of the parking lot by the 7/11 and turn right down the road, go 100 yards to find the hotel. The hotel is fine but this needs to be remedied because most people will never find this hotel given the dearth of English speaking Thai and the illogical location of the hotel off a parking lot of a Thailand's Wallmart! It's an adventure.
