The view and walks around area

Cons:

Reception staff not very welcoming. I expect "good morning" greeting, only happened when I initiated it. Couple receptionist just had head down in computer. Yes work has to be done, but greeting is an essential part of making guest feel comfortable. Recent heat wave had to ask for jug of ice to take to room, we noticed the housekeeping would not remove them and return to Reception.
No coffee facilities in room, no internal phones to contact Reception, not everyone is good with email. Had to struggle to get ironing facilities, due to others using the 2 they had in hotel (just 2)? 1st day we had 2 bath towels thereafter were given 1 so it was a trip down to Reception to get another towel. Would have thought if 2 people booked into room it is standard they need 2 bath towels.
