La struttura si presenta molto pulita e curata, cosa che ho apprezzato fin da subito. Anche il personale è stato estremamente accogliente, cordiale e disponibile durante tutto il soggiorno, contribuendo a creare un’atmosfera piacevole.

Cons:

Purtroppo, la grande pecca è stata la gestione delle camere in quel periodo: durante il mio soggiorno era in corso la Viareggio Cup e mi è stata assegnata una stanza sullo stesso piano di una squadra di ragazzi. Questo ha comportato parecchio rumore sia la sera che la mattina molto presto, rendendo difficile riposare adeguatamente.

Considerando il costo di 170€ per una sola notte, mi sarei aspettata maggiore attenzione sotto questo aspetto. Sarebbe stato opportuno avvisare in anticipo della situazione oppure assegnarmi una camera su un piano diverso.
