Pros:

Bien situé, petit déjeuner copieux, garde les bagages gratuitement avant l'accès à la chambre et pareil pour le départ.

Cons:

Pas de ménage dans la chambre (surtout vider les poubelles) pendant les 3 nuits passées.
Piscine vide (certe octobre).

Atención excelente!
Pros:

Personal muy amable y atento. Llegamos de madrugada el primer día y en recepción nos atendieron muy bien. Además nos ayudaron a contratar actividades y el transporte al aeropuerto.Tuvimos que esperar varias horas después de hacer el check out y estuvimos muy cómodas esperando en el restaurante, incluso nos ofrecieron comida y te.

Cons:

Lo único que pienso que se podría mejorar es que la cama es un poco antigua pero aun así dormir cómodamente

Looked Nice - only stayed for 1 hour and checked out…

Cons:

The hotel needs repairs to windows, toilet was leaking and bathroom mounded and stairs rail not stable.
We left and not safe.
The guy at reception wasn’t interested, on mobile.

Struttura molto carina e accogliente, bella piscina, colazione ben assortita, sia salata sia dolce. La posizione era ottima, 5 minuti a piedi dal centro di Goreme. L'unica pecca è stata la pulizia, mi è capitata una stanza dove si sentiva odore di muffa e l'igiene non era il massimo.
