The family owned hotel was clean, but outdated. No breakfast, but we were offered coffee in the morning. We were allowed

Super Kurzaufenthalt im Herzen von München
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, ein paar Gehminuten von Münchner Freiheit, schönes, lebendiges Quartier. Nahe vom Englischen Garten. Gute Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft.

Very very good stay at the hotel. It worth the staying' very good value for money
Pros:

The hotel was very good, I had like an apartment, with 2 rooms, little kitchen. private bathroom.
The staff was wonderful. helping with everything, they allowed me to make a late check out at 14.00 according to my flight time.
the location is wonderful, very cool street and surroundings, full of restaurants and bars. transportation 200 meter from the hotel.

Cons:

No air conditioning .... it was hot

Munich during heat wave

The Location is fantastic and the people working there are amazing.

Cons:

There is no air-conditioning and I stayed during a heat wave. They didn't hide the fact or lie about it. I don't blame the people for not having cooling as a default. In such cases you must find a solution. I think they should have added to the rooms fans. They are cheap and could help. I didn't even think to check when I booked the room for air conditioning. As it turns out, a lot of hotels in Germany don't have cooling option

Das Hotel hat eine super zentrale Lage. Ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig. Es hatte eine gute Ausstattung.

Cons:

Bei 37 Grad Temperatur wäre eine Klimaanlage super gewesen. Aber es war ein Ventilator vorhanden. Außerdem hätte ich bei einem Hotel, dass kein Frühstück anbietet erwartet, dass die Möglichkeit zur Zubereitung eines Kaffee oder Tee auf dem Zimmer besteht.

Great place to stay for a balance of quiet accommodations while still in the action of Munich!
Pros:

Hotel Occam is in a lovely, lively neighbor but away from loud throughways and very close to the subway. The room was amazingly quiet for how great the location is (even with a Germany world cup game going on, I wasn't bothered by any noise). The English Garden is very close, which was a lovely option to have during a sweltering heat wave. Staff were friendly and accommodating!
