Wonderful stay on a clean and well located hotel with welcoming hosts
Pros:

I was traveling for a small wedding ceremony in Munich and chose this hotel for the location and budget. I was welcomed by very nice hosts who engaged on conversations, cared and helped me with my luggage because of my foot (I had a twisted ankle at the time). The room was one of the cleanest I've been too, especially on smaller hotels, and it was all very comfortable and perfect for a solo traveller. The location is wonderful. Not only very accessible by metro, but also surrounded by options nearby to eat and go out in the evening. Even without breakfast, I can only recommend it.

Cons:

The only observation is for those with mobility issues. The hotel is on the first floor and doesn't have an elevator, so it is difficult for people who cannot go up even a little. The owners are very accomodating and helpful, but they are also limited.
