Pros:

Staff were excellent, particularly a receptionist named David who helped me arrange hospital treatment for my wife who was suffering with gastroenteritis.

Hôtel de grand charme, personnel charmant et situation privilégiée.
Pros:

Nous avons séjourné à plusieurs reprise dans cet hôtel doté d'un très grand charme. Situation idéale pour explorer la vieille ville de Freiburg. Personnel très sympathique et à l'écoute de vos besoins.

Cons:

Während der Abendstunden gab es nicht angekündigten Baulärm im Hotel. Für den folgenden Tag konnte der Lärm nicht ausgeschlossen werden. Den angebotenen Zimmerwechsel haben wir nicht angenommen, sondern sind vorzeitig abgereist.

klassischen 5 Sterne Hotel - es hat an nichts gefehlt. Gerne wieder

Klassisches 5 Sterne Hotel, sehr schönes Einzelzimmer mit vielen Details. Schwimmbad vorhanden; sehr schönes Frühstück mit kleiner a la Carte Karte. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Cons:

Milch für den Kaffee im Kühlschrank wäre gut; ein Steckdosenwürfel auf den Nachttisch (leide zu wenig Steckdosen vorhanden)
