Lage und Restaurant top, Rest 3 Sterne Qualität

Lage
Restaurant war spitze und der Service sehr freundlich

Cons:

Sauberkeit
Wir haben zwar ein Upgrade bekommen, da das erste Zimmer total ungepflegt, Toilette voll eckig, alt und dreckig war
Aber ich habe mich trotzdem wie ein Hotelgast 2. Klasse gefühlt
Entweder lag es daran, dass wir über Booking gebucht haben, oder ich als Mutter mit Kind nicht relevant war.
Für ein 5 Sterne Haus gab es bei uns wirklich gar keinen Service auf dem Zimmer
Wir hatten noch nicht mal nen gratis Wasser bei der Ankunft im Zimmer.(bei anderen Zimmern wurde aber grosser Aufwand mit Obst, Pralinen etc. gemacht, wie wir gesehen haben.)
Es gab auch keinen Abendservice
Unser Service war die Qualität eines 3 Sterne Haus.

Ein schöner Aufenthalt in schöner und genussvoller Atmosphäre
Pros:

Gut, schöne eher old Style Räume. Edles Ambiente.
Das Nachtessen in der Zirpelstube war hervorragend. Antonio hat uns sehr freundlich und kompetent bedient. Auch Herr Marthys an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hat sich nach unseren Wünschen erkundigt.

Cons:

Eigentlich war alles gut. Kleine Mängel im Zimmer, welche ich gemeldet habe.

Zeer mooi hotel dicht in de Altstad
Pros:

Zeer vriendelijk onthaal met parkeerservice. Schitterende ruime kamer, mooi zwembad, prachtige inkomhal.

Cons:

Er staat 1 fles water op de kamer bij aankomst wat zeer fijn is. Zeer jammer dat er de volgende dagen geen nieuwe fles wordt gezet als deze leeg is.
De sauna marcheerde niet en er was niemand aanwezig om dit te melden.

Traumhaftes Hotel am Eingang zur Freiburger Innenstadt.
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel an guter Lage am Eingang zur Altstadt. Freundlicher, zuvorkommender Empfang. Parkhaus am Haus mit Valetservice..Ruhiges Zimmer mit wunderbarer Aussicht. Ausgesprochen wohnliche Ambiance im Zimmer, aber auch im ganzen Hotel. Angenehmer Frühstücksraum mit guter Auswahl.

Ich komme sehr gerne wieder.
Pros:

Ich war schon einmal vor etlichen Jshren Gast im Hitel Colombi.Ich war damals begeistert und bin es auch jetzt nach vielen Jahren.

Cons:

Ich hatte einen der Herren am Empfang um eine Mittelung zum Thema " What' s on " in Freiburg? Er hatte versprochen,mir das auf mein Zimmer zu legen, es aber nicht getan.

Leider keinesfalls unter die 5 sterne kategorie zu effassen
Pros:

Wir wurden mit den worten empfangen: sie reisen mit Hund? Das sind st nicht in der Buchung vermerkt (vin uns jedoch angegeben)wir sind ausgebucht ich glaube nicht dass wir ein entsprechendes Zimmer haben. Nach viel hin und her konnte ein zimmer gefunden werden und nach 2,5 stunden war es dann‘gereinigt‘! Und fertig( pippifleclen unter der toilette, kein wasser im zimmer und unser Gepäck wurde nach weiteren 30 Minuten erst nach nachfrage gebracht)

Wir sind häufig in der exclusiiven 5 sterne kategorie unerwegs ( nayrischer hif müchen, sacher, vier jaurdzeiten hamburg.adlon etc) das colombie hätte ansich die Lage und Ausstattung aber ein hotel lebt voorallem durch die Mitarbeiter .Leider sehr unfreundliches unaufmerksames personal , so wurde zB das freundliche „guten Morgen am Ostersonntag beim Durchqueren der Lobby von mir gerade Mal durch Kopfnicken reagiert! Beim room-in frühstücken wurden Teile der Bestellung vergessen( mit kleinem Hund darf man nicht in den frühstücksraum)nur der Portier ganz am eing war freundlich beim valetparking
