Nicht unbedingt nochmal
Pros:

Netter Empfang. Hübscher Pool.

Cons:

Der Lüftungsventilator im Zimmer hat nachts laut geklappert. Wenn man ihn ausstellt, dringt der Gestank von Zigarettenrauch ins Zimmer. Also Lüftung schnell wieder eingeschaltet und Fenster zum Lüften geöffnet. Dann geht nur leider automatisch die Lüftung wieder aus… :( Beim Auschecken wurden wir nicht gefragt, ob uns der Aufenthalt gefallen hat - eher ungewöhnlich für ein Hotel dieser Art. Wir waren froh, wieder nach Hause zu fahren. Schade.

Perfekte Unterkunft für einen genussvollen Aufenthalt in Freiburg
Pros:

Der Service entsprach genau unseren Erwartungen an ein Haus mit 5 Sternen: sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Perfekt! Die Atmosphäre im ganzen Haus strahlt eine gepflegte Eleganz aus, so dass man sich jederzeit sehr wohl fühlt. Unser Zimmer - Doppelzimmer Classic - ist ausreichend groß, schön möbliert und sehr sauber.
Ein Abendessen in der Zirbelstube ist sehr zu empfehlen: sehr schöne Menüzusammenstellung und perfekter und sehr aufmerksamer Service.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral und man ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß in der Innenstadt Freiburgs. Der Wellnessbereich ist angemessen groß - wir haben allerdings nur den Pool genutzt.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, wir hätten aber etwas mehr Raffinesse erwartet - das ist aber "Jammern" auf hohem Niveau. Ansonsten gibt es nichts zu beanstanden.

Besser kann ein Hotel samt Personal nicht sein!
Pros:

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und jeglicher Umgang mit dem Personal war zuvorkommend und als Gast habe ich mich als König gefühlt. Die Ausstattung inklusive Schwimmbad und Fitnessraum läßt keine Wünsche offen. Das Frühstück bietet alles was das Herz begehrt, von vielen leckeren Brotarten, einer riesigen Auswahl an perfekt aufbereitetem Obst, Fisch und lokalen Wurst und Schinken-Spezialitäten, Müsli und frisch gepresste Säfte.
