Overbooking means customer hassle
Pros:

I booked a room near my home for a relative & her daughter visiting for a significant family event. We arrived to learn that Marriott had"overbooked" and needed to move them to a hotel 20 minutes farther away. This was not only upsetting, it was inconvenient during a busy weekend. At the event, we learned this happened to another family. Gave a "poor" not "terrible" rating because the staff at both hotels were very gracious and we were "comped" for one night. But, really? What if they'd arrived at 10:30 p.m. with a tired child? Won't ever book there again. Too risky.

A very good, comfortable stay, hospitable staff, quiet room.
Pros:

The breakfast was excellently varied and certainly surpassed my expectations. The eggs and sausage were fresh. The bread products--muffins, bagels and bread-- were fresh, and the cereal selection were varied. I did not sample everything, of course, but everything looked good. They even had waffle irons!

Everything was fine.

Pulizia, Hotel nuovo

La Consistenza dei materassi (troppo soffici)
La possibiltà di aprire la finestra solo per pochi centimetri.
La colazione con poca scelta e poco varia (anche se il signore era molto gentile e simpatico). Magari una maggiore scelta di frutta fresca, qualche fetta di prosciutto e formaggio insieme a un po' di pane fresco farebbe la differenza.
