OTTIMO PER LA POSIZIONE...MA NON PER TUTTO IL RESTO!
Pros:

L'Hotel è ubicato in un quartiere di Berlino facilmente raggiungibile con tutti i mezzi pubblici e dalla struttura alberghiera stessa, è facile arrivare, tramite metro/bus/tram, a tutte le più importanti attrazioni turistiche e destinazioni della città. E' presente un comodissimo e ben fornito Centro Commerciale, a pochi passi dall'hotel. Ottimo e molto comoda la possibilità di usufruire dello spazio cucina, dove poter preparare veloci pietanze da consumare liberamente nel luogo (perfetto se si viaggia con figli..). Piacevole lo spazio living in comune, dove trascorrere del tempo per relax e dialogo.

Cons:

Consigliamo assolutamente di eseguire un continuo, concreto controllo e pronta manutenzione delle camere....Infatti al nostro arrivo in hotel, dopo aver eseguito la prenotazione con abbondanti 30 giorni di anticipo... c'è stata consegnata la camera, ma con subito evidenti problematiche tecniche alle finestre....abbondanti e molto ben visibili spifferi di vento dagli infissi (al periodo, temperatura esterna a -9/-10 gradi costantemente...), pertanto abbiamo cortesemente richiesto la possibilità di poter ricevere altra camera in sostituzione....bene.. l'unica altra disponibile rintracciata dalla Reception, è stata una camera...sempre sufficiente per il numero componenti nostra famiglia (4 persone adulte)..ma in questo caso tutte le finestre completamente bloccate/sigillate perchè le relative maniglie per apertura non era presenti, ma rotte e mancanti. Nonostante questo ennesimo difetto, per un'altra alternativa la direzione non ha trovato risposta, perciò siamo stati costretti nell'accettare tale camera...e per ben 5 giorni del nostro soggiorno, non è stato mai possibile fare un minimo di ricambio d'aria all'interno della stanza stessa..se no lasciando un'po' aperta la porta d'ingresso della camera, per poter fare circolare un minimo di aria nuova (anche se dal corridoio comune di transito degli ospiti dell'hotel...con immaginabili disagi di privacy!). Inoltre, nel corso del nostro soggiorno il personale della reception, nonostante avessero ben noto lo stato della nostra camera e le problematiche accorse, non ci hai mai proposta una nuova alternativa, che probabilmente poteva essere presente nei giorni successivi o mai ci avessero mai chiesto se nonostante il disagio, potevano fare qualcosa di meglio per alleggerire il tutto...Assolutamente nulla di nulla da parte di tutti i componenti dello staff Reception accoglienza! Non possiamo dire proprio un buon servizio di ospitalità alberghiera!

Idéal, pratique et bon marché, pour une halte à Berlin !
Pros:

Très pratique et bon marché pour faire une halte d'une nuit à Berlin en famille. Propre. Très bien situé : proximité de la gare, entouré de restaurants et d'une galerie marchande.

Cons:

La chambre familiale est quand même petite, nous ne pouvons pas y séjourner : juste bon pour dormir.
