Great experience
Pros:

Everything perfect. New and good facilities, friendly staff.

Cons:

Baggage storage could be free. Also, breakfast could have sausages on a more regular basis.

Pros:

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt reicht es vollkommen. Betten bequem und Zimmer ist mit allem ausgestattet was man eben so braucht.

Cons:

Wir hatten leider das Pech, dass gleichzeitig eine große Gruppe mit über 80 Schülern im Haus war. Diese waren so laut, dass wir in der Nacht kaum schlafen konnten. Als diese weg waren, ging es aber von der Lautstärke. Personal und Security haben sehr weitergeholfen!

Wir hatten nicht wie erwartet nur zwei Einzelbetten im Zimmern, sondern zusätzlich noch ein Hochbett. Dadurch war nicht mehr viel Fläche zum Gehen übrig.

Einfach klasse, machen wir wieder
Pros:

Lage, Preis/Leistungsverhältnis, Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit des Personals waren klasse. Mit der Tram direkt vom HBF zu erreichen.

Cons:

Ein Aufzug ging nicht, man hatte den Eindruck das beide funktionierenden immer parallel dieselben Stockwerke anfuhren, nur nicht dass, was wir benötigt haben. ;-) ist aber Jammern auf hohem Niveau.
Zum Glück waren die Rezeption und das Frühstück in der 2. Etage, so dass man von der 5. Etage locker laufen konnte.

Dobrá snídaně.

Cons:

Nedostatečná komunikace personálu hotelu ohledně možnosti úschovy kol vedla k tomu, že jsme museli naše 4 kola umístit na pokoj kde jsme byli ubytováni, což významně negativně ovlivnilo naše pohodlí. Tuto situaci řešil personál omluvou, což jsem nepovažoval za uspokojivé řešení.
