Pros:

The room was very clean and perfect for a short stay.The breakfast was delicious with lot of choices.
The hotel staff was very helpful and kind.
The hotel location is great, the centre is just a couple of minutes by public transport.

Pros:

Szczerze mówiąc obawiałam się, ale hotel jest absolutnie ok! Pokoj dość mały ale sprytnie urządzony, czysto, schludnie. Dodatkowy plus to kuchnia dla gości - dużo wyposazenia i naprawdę czysta i schludna jak reszta hotelu. W tym samym budynku jest duże centrum handlowe- wygodna opcja. Parking w centrum, 11 euro doba. Bardzo blisko tramwaj i metro.

Cons:

Dla mnie to nie byl minus, ale hotel jest przy ruchliwej i glosnej ulicy - warto miec to na uwadze

Pros:

O café da manhã é maravilhoso e os funcionários educados. Tem um bar legalzinho e o hotel fica bem próximo ao metrô e a um shopping.

Cons:

O quarto em geral, mas principalmente o banheiro. O banheiro é um pesadelo. A ducha móvel é horrível e mal instalada. O jato é fortíssimo mas apenas com poucos orifícios funcionando. O banheiro ficava todo molhado, porque não tem box nem cortina. Não há lixeira ao lado do vaso e apenas uma no quarto inteiro que fica presa ao lado da pia. Falando em vaso, ele deu problema no primeiro dia, ficou vazando água. Tive que ir na recepção mas me comunicaram que apenas a partir das 8h que poderiam mandar alguém. Não tem frigobar e a iluminação não é muito boa.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt verkehrsgünstig an mehreren Tram- und Buslinien und auch nicht weit zum Hauptbahnhof. Es handelt sich um Hotel vor allem für größere (Jugend-)Reisegruppen, u.a. mit Mehrbettzimmern und Stockbetten - aber vollkommen in Ordnung.

Fantastic base for our family holiday
Pros:

Staff were very helpful and friendly, very family friendly particularly as we are a family of 5 and often have to split across two rooms - it was great to find a hotel that could accommodate us together

Nettes Ambiente außerhalb des Zimmers :)
Pros:

Nettes Personal am Empfang. Der Englischsprachige Barkeeper am 31.05/01.06 von ca 23:00-1:30 war unser absolutes Highlight. Super freundlich & zuvorkommend. Solche Mitarbeiter sollte man schätzen :)

Cons:

Leider war das Zimmer SEHR lieblos. Es waren gräuliche Flecken auf den Bettlaken & viele fremde Haare im Bett. Als wir Abends zurück ins Zimmer gekommen sind hat es im Zimmer extrem nach Urin gerochen. Das Zimmer heizt sich außerdem, trotz relativ kühler Außentemperatur, ziemlich auf. Das war sehr unangenehm.
