Pros:

Gute Lage. Zimmer ruhig gelegen zur Innenhofseite. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Alles was man benötigt durch das Einkaufszentrum in der Nähe vorhanden.

Cons:

Na ja. Wenn Hotels Buchungen von Schülergruppen haben, ist es halt lauter.

perfect location for young people
Pros:

very nice location, the tram station is right in front of the hotel and the subway station is only a few minutes by foot away. Also there is a shopping mall right next to the hotel, where you can get everything you need. Overall it was very clean and we didn‘t have any problems at all.

Cons:

we have encountered a few untrained staff + staff that couldn‘t speak english/german very well, but the majority is nice and helpful!
Also there were quite a few homeless people in this area at night, so expect that!
It is kind of expensive in comparison to other capital cities, but that‘s just berlin!

Super Lage, Tram und U Bahn vor der Tür. Hotel ist sehr sauber. Frühstück sehr lecker ! Gerne wieder !

Leider kein Tee und Kaffee im Zimmer.

Πολύ καλή σχέση ποιότητας -τιμής,με όλες τις βασικές ανέσεις! Εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό και πολύ βολική τοποθεσία, μόνο 3 λεπτά από το μετρό! Διαθέτει υπηρεσία φύλαξης αποσκευών.

Το μόνο αρνητικό είναι ότι όταν ζητήσαμε να καθαρίσουν το δωμάτιο,δεν αντικατέστησαν πετσέτες με καθαρές,δεν ανανέωσαν χαρτιά υγείας κλπ.Απλά άδειασαν τους κάδους σκουπιδιών.Χρειάστηκε να ζητήσουμε νέες πετσέτες,που βέβαια ο υπάλληλος έδωσε με προθυμία.
