Schon beim Betreten dieses sogenannten Hotels hatte ich ein äußerst unangenehmes und unsicheres Gefühl. Einer der Aufzüge war kaputt, mit Klebeband abgesperrt und notdürftig mit Pappe verkleidet. Der Anblick war schlichtweg erbärmlich und hatte mit einem normalen Hotel absolut nichts zu tun. Die übrigen Aufzüge waren extrem langsam, sodass man entsprechend lange warten musste.
Aber das war noch das geringste Problem.

Ich hatte ein „Doppelzimmer zur alleinigen Nutzung“ gebucht. Auf den Fotos wurde ein großzügiges, helles Zimmer mit großen Fenstern gezeigt. Die Realität war eine völlig andere: Ich bekam ein winziges Vierbettzimmer, das eher an eine Gefängniszelle oder eine billige Kaserne erinnert als an ein Hotelzimmer. Die Möbel aus Metallrohren wirkten billig, lieblos und heruntergekommen. Dazu kamen abgenutzte, schmutzige bzw. stark beschädigte Wände. Von der auf den Fotos vermittelten Atmosphäre war absolut nichts zu erkennen. Das Zimmer war dermaßen eng, dass ich mich ernsthaft frage, wie dort überhaupt vier Menschen vernünftig Platz finden sollen.
Von Komfort oder Erholung kann keine Rede sein.

Als ich darum bat, das Zimmer zu wechseln und mir das vorab gebuchte Zimmer zur Verfügung zu stellen, wurde ich vom Personal äußerst unfreundlich und respektlos behandelt. Mein Anliegen wurde zunächst kategorisch abgelehnt. Erst nach etwa zehn Minuten Diskussion war das Personal bereit, nach einer Lösung zu suchen. Schließlich wurde mir ein anderes Zimmer angeboten, das zumindest deutlich komfortabler war.

Allein die Tatsache, dass man als Gast erst minutenlang diskutieren und sich mit unfreundlichem Personal auseinandersetzen muss, um überhaupt eine akzeptable Unterkunft zu bekommen, ist für mich völlig inakzeptabel.

Der größte Skandal ist jedoch die massive Diskrepanz zwischen den Fotos und der tatsächlichen Unterkunft. Die Bilder vermitteln den Eindruck eines modernen, geräumigen Hotels.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war zwar klein, aber trotzdem gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist perfekt, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte eine große Auswahl und war sehr lecker.

Pros:

Wygodny hotel tranzytowy. Na dłuższy pobyt nie polecam, bo bardzo mało przestrzeni w pokoju, ale za tę cenę nocleg w Moabit to naprawdę dobra okazja.

Cons:

Dość słabe śniadanie z produktów marketowych.

Cons:

Huoneessa ei ollut ilmastointia, sänky sekä tyyny olivat epämukavat, aluslakanassa reikä, petauspatja puuttui kokonaan. Aamiaisella vegaaninen valikoima oli suppea (sämpylä ja leikkele/vuusto) vaikka hotellin kotisivuilla oli maininta vegaanisesta aamiaisesta.

Ótima localização, bom hotel!
Pros:

Staff educado e prestativo; quarto razoável, comodidades boas, excelente localização para uso de bonde e metrô.

Excelente café da manhã, vale o valor

Cons:

Quarto um pouco mal preparado para suportar o calor, uma semana antes acho que essa nota seria bem mais baixa. Também é mais apertado que outros meininger que fiquei, mas funcionou bem.

Essa parte do calor é crítica pra maioria dos hotéis, precisam se adequar mais rápido.
