员工素质极度需要提高，作为酒店服务人员本应该服务好顾客，但是这家酒店大堂经理一副趾高气昂的样子，一件事情不同人给不同的答案，让人很恼火。办理入住过程时间超长，需要排很久的队，感觉前台都是实习生。入住期间发生两件事:1.续住办理完后接班人员又通知我们没办理成功，晚上回酒店又让排大队办理续住，找到大堂经理表示是酒店方的问题希望快捷办理，直接转身就走了 2.找前台确认在网站预订能不能在前台开发票，告诉我们可以，让提前开好方便退房的时候能快点，给我们看完发票后(已经开出来了)我们离开前台，但是在退房的时候又告诉我网站预订的不能开发票，前后不同人同一个问题不同的答案，让人困惑

I am really surprised and frustrated that the breakfast was only Asian style in an American chain ( not nentioned during the reservation process !). No cheese at all (bring your own cheese...) !!!
Also bakery selection was very poor (just two types of bread; no other variety !).
Reception was very busy most of the times. Definitely a concierge service is needed.

Unfortunately the room for my 1st night smelled like a sewage. I was too tired the 1st night so I didn't bother to change the room; yet the 2nd night they helped me to move to a new room then problem solved.

I just wish the room was 20% bigger. I had to put my suitcase on the sitting area couch, as it would not fit in the closet. Night of check in I was told room upgrades were not available and to check in with front desk the next day. Eric was at front desk the next morning. He said there were no upgrades and then came across a bit abrasive. He said: you've been told there are no upgrade rooms available. Actually I was told the night before there were none, but to check back the next day. Hospitality industry requires kindness and more kindness, except where the customer is acting fraudulently or damaging the hotel.

The breakfast was poor quality. At the restaurant I was asked for a coupon. I said I didn't have any coupons. The lady waitress told me to go to the front counter on level one and buy the coupons there. She also said they are cheaper. I went downstairs only to be told there is a 10% discount on the third level at the restaurant. And they said I have to pay for the coupon at the restaurant. I went back and there is no KW 18,000 breakfast buffet as advertised. You have to pay the full price whether you are guests or not. That was inconvenient and unnecessary. The choices at the buffet were sufficient in number but lacking in quality. The strawberry jam was not good and the bowl of honey was a chemical concoction that would kill any bee that came near it. The espresso coffee left dark brown stains on my teeth, and despite two rounds of brushing teeth those stains remained. The salads were good. Cooked foods were not.

I have book into a king bed.
They supposely "upgraded" me to super king. However with a super king bed, it left little space within the room. You will not find a table for putting a laptop or stuffs - just a small coffee table inside.

Do not agreed to an upgrade if it is facing the rail station. Many trains will pass by and if you are a light sleeper... it will ruin your night.
