This place is so so nice. The location is great. We only stayed in town one night for a concert and i wish we stayed a few more days.

Friendly and accommodating staff
The location was great! The staff was nice. The room itself was good and comfortable. The TV was nice and up to date.
The cleanliness of the room was bad. I used my cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom again. The shower had hair on the floor and seemed unclean. The fan in the bathroom didn't work.The refrigerator didn't work and smelled bad. The air conditioner was not working properly. The air conditioning unit needs to be updated. The room didn't get cool at all.

The location was great! It was not too close and not too far from downtown. The room had plenty of space, and the bathroom was beautiful. Overall, the facility was very clean. 10/10 would recommend!
The location is the ONLY good thing about this property.
Prior to booking here at this location for the 2ND time this year I asked “is the pool open” 3 different employees 3 different times confirmed that yes it is open. Finding out pool was closed for the weekend. No one said anything until we came downstairs dressed and READY to get in the pool and ask for pool towels. Employees were rude or it’s not what you say it’s how you say it when I asked different questions. I wouldn’t booked here if I knew for sure the pool wasn’t gonna be opened.
When we finally checked into the hotel, immediately towel didn’t flush, called down to the front desk the woman said it’s nothing she can do about it until tomorrow.. so for the night we couldn’t use the towel at all..
next day I asked for the towel situation to be fixed the young lady at the front desk had an attitude cause she didn’t know anything I was talking about, she was frustrated with me as if I did something.
Over-all nice hotel!
My room (707) back faces a busy street. Very noisy at night. Did not get a lot of sleep!!!
