Pros:

Breakfast was nice

Cons:

Bathroom smelt.
No plug for bath.
Other people's hair in shower.
Disgusting smell in hand basin when water running, couldn't even brush our teeth in there, had to use kitchen sink.
Bed very uncomfortable.
No staff on site to notify of any issues.

Amazing location and unique and tranquil
Pros:

Amazing setting in the hills with a unique stone castle style decor. The gardens were stunning and somthing you'd expect of a botanical garden.
Close to Harndorf and close to Mt Barker region. Away from busy tourists.
Wish we had more time to visit local areas.

Cons:

Love the take on double storey accommodation. The stairs are tight and some people will struggle with these and with suitcases.

The linen man decided to use our patio and others next to us as a loading dock early in the morning, which i have to say would have really pissed us off of were still asleep.
I'd bring white noise machine or eye mask woth headphones.

Cons:

Stairs not satisfactory to take luggage to the bedroom/bathroom area, No railings, no other way to access upstairs. stairwell narrow and steep .

What a serene amazing stay! Stayed for our anniversary ❤️ The room and Manor is absolutely stunning. The continental breakfast was just enough and a nice touch. Had dinner locally at the Bridgewater Inn, amazing food. Highly recommend 👌🏼

Pros:

Goede douche.

Cons:

Ontvangst minimaal, kamers waren open en sleutel lag binnen. Verder was het ontbijt al geserveerd door een paar boterhammen in een zakje neer te leggen in de keuken. Verder wat smeersels en 2 cakejes. Brood was de volgende dag natuurlijk uitgedroogd.
