Great location and a nice looking accommodation .
Poorly outlined car parking, low pressure in the shower due to a leaking shower head, constant anxiety over the cost of an over sensitive fire alarm system, poorly maintained walk ways around the grounds which caused a trip hazard several times and a really firm mattress kept us tossing and turning most of the night
Beautiful place, the room had everything for my needs and the staff member that I did meet seemed very friendly
Water was off around 8:30am and I couldn’t have a morning shower

Beautiful location in the Adelaide Hills. This accommodation was easy to find and there was ample parking. The spa was nice and check in was no hassle.
Bed wasn't very comfortable and internal spiral staircase dividing the kitchenette and lounge downstairs and bedroom and bathroom upstairs was very narrow. There was no interaction with staff at all

An awesome place to stay—quiet, cosy, and full of character. We loved the castle-style architecture, which added to the unique charm and wonderful ambiance.
Clean and comfortable room with good facilities. Beautiful building and grounds.
There was some leaking from the back of the shower head and the bathroom door was a little tricky, but the rest of the experience made up for it.

Amazing setting in the hills with a unique stone castle style decor. The gardens were stunning and somthing you'd expect of a botanical garden.
Close to Harndorf and close to Mt Barker region. Away from busy tourists.
Wish we had more time to visit local areas.
Love the take on double storey accommodation. The stairs are tight and some people will struggle with these and with suitcases.
The linen man decided to use our patio and others next to us as a loading dock early in the morning, which i have to say would have really pissed us off of were still asleep.
I'd bring white noise machine or eye mask woth headphones.
