Seemed like only me in the property. No how water in My room. Property needs a serious upgrade.

Off the beaten track but a Tuk tuk away from everything. On the beach but not recommended for swimming. Huge pool. Best staff

Beautiful property with friendly and professional staff. Great breakfast, pool was well maintained and large. Some of the facilities were slightly outdated but at the price point, and the location, you can’t beat it.

Property is run down and not value for money. It is in a prime location but tries to operate on a tight budget.

The hotel is huge and the property is beatiful. The rooms need a bit of maintenance but everything was working properly and they are clean. The A/C is a blessing when it's hot outside. The food is pretty decent but what deserves more than 5 stars is the staff. They are super attentive and sweet. Evans at the front desk will do everything to take care of the guests, and the restaurant staff, including the manager, are a pleasure to deal with.

It’s an old hotel on the beach front , not 4 star any more , but nice all the same , food was ok staff were excellent . Big swimming pool , good location

You booked us into a closed hotel. We demand our refund.

The staff is incredible! Laundry service done in hours, they sent us off with packaged breakfasts, they found us an excellent tour guide. The hotel itself is stunning. David, the bar tender is especially sweet.
The beach is not swimmable, but we learned a lot about coral reefs and the animals living in them from locals. The water in the bathrooms is salty, but the AC works well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

The place has a great location, gorgeous beach, and the hotels old bones has greatly enormous potential. However the place has been miss managed. Its idsal for very low budget holiday on the beach if thats all you want. More can be done.Poor state of all affairs there. Sad waste. Expedia should not host this location as its not as advertised.

Limited choices for meals, same dishes almost every nights. The property is in need of a major spruce up: peeling paint, dead branches on trees, limited parasols, shower drain needs a good de-clogging, water running into the toilet area. Intermittent internet in the room.

We went a little unexpectedly for a "change of scenery" new year (as we already live on the Kenyan coast - but north coast). The experience is somewhat mixed. Overall, the hotel and rooms give a "little dated" impression. Staff assistance is also mixed, some friendly and helpful, some could not give a d$%^n. My advice to owners would be to get a well-trained and motivated manager to turn things around in a positive way.

The hotel is very run down, paint peeling, floors need varnishing, old and faded furnishing etc. The room had AC but it didn’t seem to be working properly. Overall very disappointing, would not recommend or book again.

No hot water and the wifi didn't work in our room. The superior room was big and comfortable and the breakfast was good. The place just needs some maintenance.

It was my second time. I was sick and staff treated me like family. Place is vefy beautiful and clean, beach front and in a middle of everything.

I have a prblem with climbing stairs because of a hip problem. This was mentioned when booking and requested ground floor room.
However they omit to tell you that to go anywhere in the hotel you have to go up and down stairways constantly.

I was looking for an all inclusive hotel for three guests which included myself, and two other friends. It was difficult to find in Diani, since most hotels dont have rooms with more than one bed. Anyway, this one had the accommodation I was looking for for only $130 per night.

The girls Anne and Risper at the front desk were super kind and very very helpful! I hope their hotel gives them major props for making sure our stay was absolutely perfect!

Food was great. The only down side to all inclusive here was that all inclusive only happened 10am to 10pm and drinks were extremely limited.

Other than that, the beach was nice, and staff were friendsly, room was clean, and I think the price for what I received was perfect! I'll be coming back here again and again!

Extremely noisy: they have a DJ playing extremely loud disco music until 11 at night. Staff unable to have him turn it down. I checked out after one night (I had bought 7 nights...). Nothing worked in the room: safety deposit box, AC, water, etc. Food was not appealing. My worst hotel experience in Kenya...
