Pros:

Para mi uno de los mejores de la zona, bien situado y sobretodo con muy buenas vistas a la Ria.

El trato del personal es maravilloso, ya sea por parte del hotel o del bar/restaurante.

Las habitaciones son amplias y muy cómodas, con su baño grande y cama de matrimonio grande. Disponen de TV y armario con nevera.

Te permiten pedir comida y mediante un disco luminoso te avisan cuando esta, puedes estar en la habitación y bajar a buscarlo sin problema. Dispones de un restaurante de menú por unos 25€ y en el bar tienes de todo para poder comer.

Tienes toda la Ria para pasear y llegar hasta el puerto y la playa, y si quieres moverte a Bilbao u otras zonas tienes el metro a 5 minutos.

No tiene parking propio pero justo detrás del ayuntamiento hay una explanada donde aparcar gratis.

Lo recomiendo 100% para estar de vacaciones unos días y poder moverte por el norte.

Overall, pretty good!
Pros:

Location is great with a gorgeous view of the river and boats from the room with terrace. Overall very clean and a spacious room with a huge wardrobe space.

Cons:

The bar/restaurant is so-so, and the service isn’t the friendliest. But it’s the only bar open all day in the area
