Un moment suspendu, de la poésie offerte par le paysage
Pros:

Le calme au réveil, la campagne avec le bal des oiseaux au dessus de la piscine, la discrétion et gentillesse du personnel. Un séjour détente. Le personnel du restaurant aux petits soins pour satisfaire nos envies culinaires. Bravo au responsable de salle très à l’écoute et sérieux sans se prendre au sérieux. À l’image de son équipe. Deuxième séjour pour nous, sûrement un troisième…. Merci

Cons:

Une salle de sport qui pourrait être davantage équipée en matériel et tapis pour faire des exercices de Pilate.

Parfait !
Pros:

L’hôtel est superbe, le parc est magnifique, la piscine superbe et les chambres et sdb très spacieuses et confortables. Le personnel est également très sympathique. Le petit déjeuner est top et le restaurant de très bonne qualité. Un sans faute !

Seule mini remarque : proposer un service de lingerie serait top.

Uns hat der Aufenthalt im großen und Ganzen gut gefallen und wir empfehlen das Hotel auch weiter. Die von uns aufgeführt
Pros:

Besonders toll war die riesige Anlage des Hotels. Sie wird täglich gepflegt und die Gärtner sind sehr bemüht. Das Restaurant zeichnet sich durch tolle Qualität des Essens aus. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön und modern. Viele Tiere laufen auf der Anlage herum. Man bekommt ein richtiges Bauernhof-Feeling

Cons:

Die Terrasse sollte liebevoller gestaltet werden. Sie erscheint sehr alt und wenig detailverliebt. Der Herr am Empfang zeigte uns bei unserer Anreise weder das Hotel noch fragte er nach unserer Anreise. Die Terrasse des Restaurants bietet wenig Schattenplätze. Das Personal im Restaurant am Abend war bereits mit einem geringen Gästeaufkommen überfordert, was sich unserer Ansicht nach auf mangelnde Organisation zurückführen lässt. Am Pool wäre eine Möglichkeit zum liegen im Wasser toll gewesen.

Pros:

The garden and the pool area was very pleasant. The room is quite big and the staff at the reception friendly.

Cons:

The housekeeping made a lot of mistakes, let the garbage in the middle of the room, forgot to put towels, leave the bed without sheets…
The hotel is not worth it. The area around the hotel very poor. The breakfast is average and the restaurant quite bad.

Persönliches Hotel zum Wohlfühlen

Die Zimmer waren topp und das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Die Zimmer könnten etwas sauberer sein, bei der Ankunft war noch einiger Sand auf dem Boden, einiger Staub in den Schränken. Badezimmer und Toilette waren aber sehr sauber.
Leider gab es aussen neben dem Frühstücks-Bereich eine Baustelle, wo in der Frühstückszeit zB. Beton angemischt wurde.

This is the first time I’ve ever stayed at a hotel that was actually much better than the photos and exceeded all my expectations.
The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful—I’d honestly rate the atmosphere and facilities 11/10. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and cleaned every day.
The breakfast was excellent with a great selection of fresh, high-quality food. The hotel also has a fantastic restaurant serving delicious meals at very reasonable prices.
Everything about our stay was simply perfect. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mallorca, and I will definitely be coming back!
