Really nicely surprised at how updated and clean it is. Very friendly bartender and hostess. Excellent Old Fashioneds!! Room/bathrrom clean. Outdoor patio was awesome. Nice firepit.
Great location for our next morning climb. Away from the center of N. Conway.
This hotel was beautiful! Great location and the rooms were very comfortable. The value was great and the whole hotel was very clean! The staff was always pleasant and ready to assist with any questions that we had. The Grille onsite was delicious but a little pricey, but you pay for convenience so I wouldn't take it as a negative.
Tout. C'est un endroit parfait, bien situé, incroyablement confortable. Le personnel est super gentil et la brunch délicieux. Pour nous ca a été un des meilleurs hôtels que nous avons eu aux États-Unis !
Rien. Tout nous a paru excellent.
Beautiful hotel and location. Picturesque scenery. We loved sitting out on the deck with the fire overlooking the mountains. It just relaxes you after a day of sightseeing, hiking or other local activities.
The staff were wonderful and welcoming. The pool needed chemical adjustments on our visit and was closed for safety but the front desk made sure to keep my daughter informed of when it was safe to go in. They gave other means of entertainment as well and just went above and beyond anyone expectations.
The Notch Grille provided great food and was convenient. Eating there allowed us to sit while looking at the mountains.
We have stayed at this hotel many times and will be back in the future.
Everything was perfect.. and the view was breathtaking!

My husband and I found it to be perfect for our stay. We liked the restaurant and the room. Not really close to alot of attractions but we would diffently stay there again.
Need to add a few more electric car charging charging stations. We very much appreciate that service and would not object to paying for it.
Very nice hotel. They have the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in!! The black bean burger at dinner was fabulous. Breakfast service was a bit slow, but the meal was good.
Great location esp if you are going to the DRIVE up to the NH Mount Washington Summit. 1) Driving to the summit vs taking the cog railway gives you the opportunity to spend more time than the train (didn't realize this, and didn't have the opportunity to drive up but would like to - also the drive is not free) Hotel is NOT hear the cog railway, 40 min drive. 2) Hotel has discounts to the Summit road 3) Very clean, room was spotless, bathroom seemed updated and all around very comfortable. 4) Pretty firepit and bar area modern yet country style. Didn't get to eat there so cannot comment on the food 5) Parking very easy, right next to the hotel, check in simple, only thing is I would have an exit sign where the elevator is on the 3rd fl -- the exit sign is in the hallway, but next to a room. The elevators were about 1' past the sign. I work with OSHA standards and this was something I noticed 6) Staff friendly, courteous and on point with any questions we had. 7) Free coffee/tea all day 8) Free parking however there is the $20 per room per day "facilities fee" but alot of places charge this now for wi-fi, property etc. 9) grounds immaculate 10) Would stay again and go for the mountain view and/or balcony ~ beautiful!!
The Glen House is a beautiful property at the foot of the mountains. The staff was exceptionally nice and everything from our room to 24 hour coffee and tea service in the lobby, fire pit area and food was wonderful.
Everyone was very nice but resturant service was slow. Cant beat the location for Mt. Washington. Room was lovely and very clean. Didnt use the indoor pool but looked very clean. Room refresh seemed to happen without every feeling in the way.
Wunderschöne Unterkunft direkt am Mount Washington, sehr sauber, deutlich über den Erwartungen
Gar nichts
Wonderful hotel...beautiful location and extremely clean. Even a non mountain view room had a great view of the mountains. The back deck with the firepit has a picture perfect view and I can only imagine how beautiful foliage would be here. We did not eat at the restaurant but it has gotten really good reviews. My only thing is the bar closed at 9 pm..it would have been great to be open until 10. And the pool was nice and a beautiful view but a bit chilly and on the smaller side. Would have loved a hot tub. The beds were very comfortable...I would come back in a heartbeat!

The pool closes at 10:00 pm, so the kids were immediately evacuated from the area. The bar also closes at 10:00 pm and we were ushered out of the lobby and the outside fire pit area. Our party had 10 guests and we were made to vacate the overall public areas before we were ready to stop socializing. We were made to feel as though we were children and forced to go to bed. We are responsible adults, but were abruptly and (borderline) rudely ushered to our rooms.
I was extremely disappointed with our stay at The Glen Hotel. We chose this property because it is advertised as family-friendly, but unfortunately, that was not our experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt like we were being watched simply because we had children with us. Our kids were doing what children do—they laughed, played, and enjoyed themselves. At times they were louder in the pool, but they were simply playing. We understand hotels have rules, and whenever staff asked us to make adjustments, we did so immediately. We respected every request and continued to supervise our children to meet the hotel’s expectations. The one positive interaction we had was with the day manager, who politely explained that if we were sitting on the deck attached to the pool while our children were swimming, we should prop the door open so we could hear them. He was respectful, and we immediately followed his request. Unfortunately, the most frustrating experience occurred around 10:00 p.m. while we were quietly sitting around the outdoor fire. We respected quiet hours, our children were already in their room for the night, and the adults were quietly enjoying the fire. A front desk staff member approached us and said, “It’s time for bed,” and told us we needed to go to our room immediately. We felt as though we were being spoken to like children rather than treated as paying adult guests. The restaurant staff were the one bright spot, providing warm and welcoming service. While we understand and respect hotel rules, our experience did not reflect the family-friendly atmosphere that was advertised, and we left feeling disappointed.
Lovely hotel and kind staff. Very clean and comfortable beds. Beautiful location. Only negative was the food in the restaurant was expensive and not great. I had the buttermilk chicken tenders they the chicken was unseasoned and the breading was floury.
I'm not a big reviewer, but felt compelled given how pleasant of a stay I had. The hotel is new and clean, the staff is pleasant, the grounds including hiking trails behind the hotel are unique and the food at the restaurant was way better than expected. Excellent!
