I enjoyed the stay.
Pros:

Close to colleges, train stations and multiple food carts/trucks. Clean. Nice lobby. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

No coffee and mini fridge in the room. Coffee and tea were available in the lobby in the morning.

Clean and comfortable for a weeknd stay
Pros:

It was easy to get to the colleges and walking distance to restaurants, fast food, stores, etc.

Cons:

The room didn’t have a fridge or microwave and I had to go downstairs to get a bucket of ice at the restaurant

We love the study, but this trip was not up to par.
Pros:

Location is always great!

Cons:

I have been many times, but this time I was given a key to an unmade room (couldn’t tell if someone was still in it) and then in the switched room water bottle was already open and furniture getting very dated and “used” looking-veneers peeling off, sliding door on cabinet in bathroom off).

I will look for alternatives if I need to go back to Philly
Pros:

The room was spartan, minimalistic. Bathroom and room were clean and had the minimum listed in the website.

Cons:

It was not my usual experience at The Study hotels.

Many positives, but needs a refresh/rethink.
Pros:

Location and restaurant are ideal for visiting my child at school. Front desk staff is very friendly.

Cons:

Room was very worn and needed refreshing. The bathroom needs reworking - no counter space or closet space is incredibly inconvenient.

Restaurant staff was very rude. I know it’s Philly - but hey: don’t scoff when my son says good morning to you.

A stay with highs and lows.
Pros:

The location near Drexel University was excellent. We really liked the lobby, which is spacious with comfortable seating and work areas. The Co Op restaurant offers a great selection of dinner and breakfast choices. The food was great and the staff very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

We had a king size room, which was clean and the size was appropriate. The bed was comfortable but the furniture was quite simple and clearly dated and had a used feeling to it. The air conditioning worked but the air felt clammy and uncomfortably sticky. The WIfi did not work in the room and the staff did not inform us about that when we checked in.
There was no available parking, except for valet parking for over $ 50 dollars per day and the next public parking structure was almost as expensive. Although the dining and breakfast experience was very god, everything was overpriced.

So so,.... the robe thing really is making me think twice
Pros:

The physical hotel itself and hoe clean it was.

Cons:

I had such a great time, that I bought a robe; but the staff gave me the robe without a tie. When I emailed them to mail me the missing tie, they ignored me and never fixed their mistake.
