Caio e João na recepção nos receberam muito bem. Check-in rápido e fácil, inclusive foi possível entrar no quarto antes do horário previsto. Hotel bonito, limpo, funcional e pessoal extremamente gentil. Quarto confortável, banho com pressão da água super forte e quente. Tinha até vista pro mar.
Pra completar, o café da manhã é realmente ótimo! Muitas opções de doces e salgados, salada de frutas e tudo estava muito bom, fresco e saboroso. Mari atende com muita cortesia, e ainda oferece omelete e tapioca.
Ainda, fica literalmente ao lado do Aquário, e próximo a outras atrações.
Certamente ficaremos aqui sempre que voltarmos a BC.

Tamanho do quarto, localização do hotel, café da manhã, limpeza.
O ar condicionado não estava 100%, mas nada que atrapalhasse, e nos 2 últimos dias, a energia ficava caindo por um tempo, como se o disjuntor disparasse, era necessário ficar tirando e colocando o cartão até estabilizar. Na nossa última noite, a água da pia e chuveiro não esquentou.
Ottimo soggiorno! Mari e Jessica sono state eccezionali, professionali e sempre disponibili. Colazione spettacolare. Anche il personale della reception merita un elogio, in particolare Caio, sempre attento e cortese. Esperienza davvero positiva, consigliatissima!
