Rídiculo que uno pague tanto y no tenga derecho a la alberca. La quieres usar y te lo prohiben argumentando que es para los ejecutivos.

Hotel in ottima posizione per chi deve visitare il parco industriale. Ottima pulizia delle camere e delle aree comuni, personale disponibile e colazione buona! La piscina sul tetto si apprezza nelle calde giornate di sole.
A causa di volo cancellato, siamo arrivati un giorno dopo. Ho avvisato tempestivamente l'hotel tramite chat ufficiale Booking e hanno cancellato tutte e due le notti, non solo la prima. Abbiamo dovuto ripagare la seconda notte.

Habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias y el desayuno está muy completo.
A pasos puedes encontrar una amplia variedad de restaurantes, además de que tiene un supermercado y un parque de entretenimiento para niños y adultos.

Convenient location, clean and near convenient restaurants and shops.
Air conditioner was very noisy. Sent a message after booking that hotel pool is for executive level rooms only, but I booked a room called an executive king suite, so I thought I would qualify, but they wanted to charge an additional 500 pesos to use the pool. There is a pool for common folks like myself at a completely separate location, at a gym. Also, I was reprimanded for having my service dog (with vest and identification) at the breakfast area. As I cannot function without my service dog, I left without breakfast. Also, all the alarm clocks on our floor went off at 7am. They kept sounding, even when they were unplugged. We had to remove the batteries, but could hear the other alarms in the other rooms. We felt like this was either a prank by the workers or a way to get guests to check out early. Either way, we didn’t think it was funny.
All in all, not allowed to use the amenities, did not get a good night’s sleep and left without breakfast.
Our Housekeeper and the Breakfast attendant were really nice. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was overall pretty clean.
If you're traveling with family I do not recommend staying here. The lobby staff was helpful but they were not so nice. Their swimming pool is just for executive use only even though they advertise it in their pictures and they want to send you across the street to a gym where they told us the pool is a lap pool and is not for leasure which that was the whole point of our trip.

La alberca sólo es para suites ejecutivos, los demás huéspedes no pueden usar la alberca, siento que esto es algo que se debe de mencionar antes de confirmar el cuarto ya que algunos como yo únicamente escojio este hotel para el uso de alberca.
