Loved the pool area

This was an incredible stay! We stayed three nights in one of the cabins which was spacious, clean and cozily furnished.

The view of the Arenal Volcano is spectacular, breakfast is delicious and many restaurants are close by.

The staff members were attentive and super helpful.

Love the location very close to all attractions. Very quiet area and stuff very friendly. Breakfast is amazing too. Just wish they had thermal water pools. Over all love the stay here. Thank you

Great spot near tiwn. Both hottubs had broken jets so nothing to sooth your muscles after all the hiking. They also close everything down very early...10pm but thats ok. You can sit outside quiet. Staff was very nice.

The location was inconvenient outside of town. The vibe was noisy, too much music. Pillows were lumpy and towels scratchy.

Exceptionally guide staff. Excellent service at dinner. High quality rooms that feel safe and upscale.

Very good location to get to natural parks and restaurants in La Fortuna area. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Very nice view of Arenal volcano

Very nice hotel, the view of the hotel is amazing

The location looks great and the staff workers, friendly and helpful. The cabin was nice except for there were some issues with the toilet running on and the shower door. The breakfast choices are very limited. We did not have time to use the swimming pool as we opted to go to thermal Spa nearby.

Excellent place

The pool and dining area are close together. The staff was very friendly. If traveling west out of La Fortuna it's not far.

Everything was good, cleanliness important and it was clean. Rooms are small and decent. Only complaint was the food could use some improvement. Everyone said orange juice in Costa Rica is amazing- and it was- just not here. Tasted like tang and watched them poor it out of a premixed bottle :( the other items were okay. Definitely better places to eat. Would stay again due to location and convenience. People were all very nice.

It’s a good hotel for the price. The Souvenir Shop is a bit of a turnoff but that’s what La Fortuna has become. Staff at restaurant was wonderful. Food was good, too. Cool pool is cold and hot pools are warm.

It is a decent hotel, not expensive. The swimming pools are nice. The room is up to the standard. I would like to stay again if I go to the area.

Perfect for us! Beautiful property! We stayed in the deluxe cabin, a free standing wood cabin. The extra privacy was nice. Bathroom was a little dated and the plumbing was poor. But other than that the room was beautiful. There is a deck with rocking chairs, nice for enjoying the volcano views. The free breakfast was good and the boys that work the breakfast shift are very friendly. There are nicer resorts up the road but I loved the location of this hotel. We were walking distance to some amazing restaurants and shopping.
