Pros:

Poor sanitation, smelly room like urine, very poor service. Blanket is a flimsy bedsheet, towels are beach towels...wirh big yellow stripes. Nobody listened to my concerns. I checked out instead even though i knew I wouldn't get a refund for my second night. Microtel by Wyndham in San Fernando is the best. I stayed there for 4 days and highly recommended.

Pros:

The area is ok, but upon checking they did not give me the room I reserved for not until I complain then they transfer us , the staff were all nice special mention to Shane and Arizona. They don’t have a fridge in the room, hot water sucks since they only have a small portable water heater… hot cold,,, hot cold, just like begging mercy to the flow of the water since their shower have water limiter

Pros:

The room is more like a chalet feel than a resort feel.
Unfortunately our room faces the Swimming pool so there’s a lot of noise n screaming from kids swimming in the pool as early as 7 am.

Good Value
Pros:

Hotel is nice! Had to get water heater fixed both mornings. WiFi is too weak when there are many guests. Lots of flies in the restaurant. Staff is friendly!
