Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr professionell geführt und liegt extrem zentral im Herzen der Altstadt. Das Personal ist sehr höflich und aufmerksam, das Frühstück reichhaltig und frisch. Der Wellnessbereich ist klein, aber nach einem langen Besichtigungstag sehr einladend und willkommen.

Cons:

Hotelgäste müssen für die Benutzung des Wellnessbereich bezahlen. Hier müsste nachgebessert werden und nur beiExternen eine Stundengebühr für die Nutzung des Wellness erhoben werden.

Totalment c’est bien et mérite le reservation la fois prochaine.

Bien situé très pratique pour les transport. Bonne sécurité

Cons:

Un salarié d’accueil (un homme avec des lunettes sur l’accueil 11/03 le soir ) son service était pas bien , c’est un peu dommage. On l’a demandé le transport au Parlement Européen , il n’a pas nous répondu. Lendemain c’est son collègue autre salarié sans lunettes nous a aidé . La fille pendant la journée 11/03 elle était très gentille et professionnelle. Désolée on ne sait pas leurs noms .

Beautiful stay in a beautiful part of the world.
Pros:

Fantastic location with easy access to all the beautiful Petite-France sights and places to visit. Hotel and staff were great. Room very comfortable and clean and extremely quiet and dark at night.

Hôtel impeccable, chambre propre et très bien insonorisée, un personnel parfait et un SPA agréable
Pros:

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. La chambre était impeccable : très propre, parfaitement insonorisée et aménagée avec des équipements de qualité. On s’y sent vraiment bien dès l’arrivée.
S’il fallait trouver un petit point d’amélioration, la présence d’un réfrigérateur dans la chambre serait un vrai plus.
Le personnel est quant à lui irréprochable : professionnel, attentionné et toujours disponible.
Le SPA est également un grand atout de l’établissement : espaces propres, ambiance apaisante et installations très agréables pour se détendre.
En résumé, un séjour de grande qualité que je recommande sans hésiter !

Great boutique hotel in a perfect location in central Strasbourg.
Pros:

Very friendly staff. Easily transitioning between English and French. Easy check in and the room exceeded our expectations. Beautiful antique furniture that was functional. The bed was comfortable and we appreciated the extra pillows in the amours.

The shower was nice with an overhead and a wand, but it was hard to keep water off the floor of the rest of the bathroom.

The separate toilet from the bathroom is a matter of taste.

The room was very quiet so we slept well, and we appreciated the available Netflix (our account) and YouTube.

Cons:

The heating and air conditioner controls were either disconnected or not effective. The room was still mostly comfortable as to temperature.

Lovely hotel in lovely location.
Pros:

It was a lovely room, very spacious and grand, but having stayed before I did prefer the first room we had which was the one pictured in the brochure. The hotel were very accommodating and when I had inadvertently booked the Saturday night instead of the Sunday they were prepared to change this although theoretically the booking was nonrefundable.

Cons:

Having stayed at the hotel before I was slightly disappointed with the room compared with the first one but nonetheless it was spacious, comfortable and warm.

Also, having paid significantly more for the room on the Saturday night, rather than the Sunday when we actually stayed, it would have been nice to have been offered a complimentary breakfast or similar as the whole room rate was nonrefundable.

There was no English breakfast tea provided and no milk and when my partner asked, he was given some mini cartons of UHT milk all of which were solid and quite clearly mouldy and out of date. A small fridge or mini bar with milk for teas and coffees would have been a nice touch.

Nonetheless, we very much enjoyed our day.
