There is very little soundproofing at this hotel. You can hear the noise from the room next door and also from the hallway. If you want peace and quiet, this hotel is not ideal. Also, cleanliness could be better, there was hair everywhere in the room and they only provide 2 body towels, no hand or face towels.
Lastly, the elevators are very slow. There are only 3 elevators for 39 floors, you will have to wait at least 5 minutes each time you want to use it.
Only positive is that wifi worked well during the stay.

This Hotel provide us good service and hospitality. The location to access here is a little bit not nice by blue bird taxi. For eating in lunch and/or dinner, there are not many choice. It will be needed to go other area to eat and buy something.

I stayed in this hotel for 1 week. As this hotel is relatively new compared to other hotels, the interior or everything inside the building looks new and clean. That is all good points this hotel has. This worth as much as the other big hotel chains have.

The problem is that this hotel does not have a good service. Not all employees are educated well, so sometimes they came to my room late after calling for room service or additional room cleaning service. In addition, they tend to make check-in customers wait unnecessarily in front of a front desk.

エレベータの台数が少なく、毎回、少し待つ。今回、週末のチェックアウトで他の客と重なり、５分ー１０分待った。全ての部屋を点検するので時間がかかるもよう。

Check in lancar, kamar bersih, nyaman, Sarapan baik, Layanan laundry mengecewakan minta pick up laundry sudah telpon dua kali tidak diambil - ambil dan janji pick up sebelum jam 9, harusnya jadi hari itu juga maksimal malam, ternyata pagi baru jadi. Laundry selanjutnya belum dianter alasan tidak di tempat karena harus bayar cash padahal sudah deposit kartu kredit 1 juta.

Room has an unpleasant smell. Small area too. Taxi drivers do not know the location. Reception on 6th floor and breakfast on 7th floor, not so convenient. My booking was for 2 nights, but hotel recorded as only 1 night, though it was sorted out subsequently. Near to night market which is good to experience local culture. Staff are friendly.

Secara keseluruhan cukup menyenangkan menginap di hotel ini. Nilai plusnya tentu karena hotel baru dan lokasi yang strategis. diluar hotel bisa belanja (terutama textile), dan cukup mudah cari makan, ... juga kaki lima. Di kamar untuk tampilan tv luar biasa terang (bagus dg kualitas HD). Poin yang 'agak mengganggu" adalah lift yg terbatas (walau kecepatan lift bagus) dan air panas yg difungsikan manual dg tombol tersembunyi...

The hotel location is central but not great to g out walking during night time. With traffic it took 1 hour and a half to get the. to make up for it the hotel it is super clean and well organized, guys at concierge are amazing, they brought our luggage in the room straight after check in, check in staff allowed us to check out at 1pm instead of midday. Restaurant has surprisingly low prices to be an hotel restaurant and it is proper tasty, breakfast buffet has a massive choice and all it is well prepared. Lounge access with open air swimming pool is cosy and relaxed. Super recommended!

Decent hotel. Friendly staff. Room is kind of small. The area is dead after 8pm. Big downsize, but all of Jakarta is kind of boring. Everything shut down after 6pm.

This hotel is very nice place to stay but with small effort i think they can be a lot better, for example the breakfast they put the salad bar inside classes so if you want salad and want to take lettuce for example you either take everything in the class because its hardly enough for one person or you take just a piece or two so others don't have to wait until another class of lettuce is available.

Lifts are always overloaded and it takea forever to get to and from the room. Air quality and air conditioning in the room was terrible. Cleanliness (housekeeping and maintenance) were extremely poor. Breakfast was unappealing and tasteless. Do not recommend!
