Honestly, nothing. Everything exceeded my expectations thanks to the excellent service provided by the team. Месторасположение - огонь! И сам район интересный, и до метро минут 5, 3 станции до Nanjing road.
Небольшой, но приятный чистый номер, отличный матрас, пять подушек (и они не все одинаковые, можно выбрать удобную для себя).
Сотрудники на ресепшен говорили на английском!)
Завтраки: голодным не останешься.
Есть стиральная и сушильная машина (оплата вичатом) и утюг.
Если вы чутко спите, вас может побеспокоить шум от дороги, но мне он не мешал.
Для курильщиков: во дворе обустроены места, где можно с комфортом подымить.

Comfortable hotel in a good location.
Pros:

The location is good and quiet. The staff are friendly and helpful but it would have been excellent if they can speak better English.
Good location closed to restaurants and shopping at Jing'An temple and metro subway which makes it convenient to take the train.

Cons:

Although it is a No-smoking hotel but the local chinese guests still smoke in the room. That cigarettes smoke smell was unpleasant and the hotel management do not enforce the policy.

Localisation à 10 min à pied d'une station de métro sur la ligne 2, directe depuis l'aéroport et la gare ferrovière. Pas mal de restaurants dans les environs.

Cons:

Le personnel était sympathique, mais la plupart ne parlaient pas un mot d'anglais ni de français.
