My stay at this hotel was far from satisfactory. The staff was consistently unfriendly, and the issues began immediately. I discovered bedbugs in the bed, and when I requested a room change, the staff refused, claiming they were fully booked. Despite offering to pay extra for an upgrade, the receptionist declined, leaving me with no choice but to stay in the infested room, with no offer of a refund or alternative accommodation.

The situation worsened on the third day when a new receptionist, Nihan, called my room at 1 AM, demanding my girlfriend leave the property. Despite my girlfriend being registered as a guest, Nihan claimed she couldn't find her in the system, which was a result of the front desk's initial error during check-in. Even though I showed her the reservation details on the app and the email, she dismissed them, insisting on an official email from Expedia. We were forced to wait in the reception until 2:30 AM to resolve the issue after an Expedia agent called the hotel and sent an official email. The service was incredibly rude and unprofessional.

Upon speaking with the hotel owner, their explanation was that it was difficult to find professional employees after the pandemic. Furthermore, the room's cleanliness was appalling, with visible dirt from previous guests. While the hotel's location is convenient, being in the middle of Istiklal Street and close to the Galata Tower, the poor service and lack of care make it impossible to recommend this hotel.

Convenient location and good breakfast.

We had our flight delayed and arrived later than the breakfast was served. We had paid one extra night prior to our arrival so we could do early check it. Considering the delay, we just have them 50€ more and they didn’t even assisted us in getting something from the breakfast. Their English is also very bad.

Too bad and poor hotel, the only good thing was the location and everything else was too bad. Breakfast u have to go to another hotel to have and air conditioning u can’t change the temperature and u have to call the receptionist to change it. We asked for an iron and they gave us a broke one and didn’t have another one and too dirty iron table. The hotel is too old maybe for 50 years they didn’t do any maintenance too many stains on floor and walls and the bathroom was too dirty. THEY CHARGE US FOR A BOTTLE OF WATER AND SAID ITS NOT FREE EVEN THEY WROTE THAT ITS FREE.

Location is good but the property is falling apart and needs renovation.

The hotel is located in the center of Istanbul, on a busy shopping street. However, there is a club next to the hotel that plays loud music late into the night, making it difficult to fall asleep. Breakfast is served in a different hotel located a few streets away. The staff at the hotel is friendly and helpful, but the condition of the room is only okay, with no minibar and an outdated water heater. Additionally, the walls and ceilings are not soundproofed, making the noise from neighboring rooms easily audible. Overall, the stay at the hotel was okay, but due to the lack of peace and quiet, the location and building, we would not choose to stay there again.

The location is very central but at night the music stops late and it was difficult to be able to sleep.
