Friendly hosts, very comfortable beds.
Pros:

The host was friendly and welcoming and made sure that there was secure provision for our tandem. The beds were really comfortable and the bed linen was good. It was quiet at night and we had a big window which opened wide. (Which is a winner for us)

Cons:

We were in a room under the roof which was incredibly hot but the fan provided did help.
We had to leave it on full power all night, though.

Wir habe die Burg Eltz besucht, folgende Tage etwas gewandert und einige Burgen besichtigt
Pros:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausreichend. Wir konnten wählen, ob wir Rührei oder gekochte Eier haben wollten. Es gab Aufschnitt und Käse.

Cons:

Gerne hätte ich zum Frühstück anstatt Wurst etwas Lachs gehabt.

Der Weg hat sich gelohnt.
Pros:

Das Bad war sehr sauber und hat nachhaltige Pflegeprodukte. Die Frühstückseier wurden extra für uns frisch zubereitet. Kleine gute Küche mit sehr gutem Wein aus der Region. Nachhaltigkeit wird hier groß geschrieben.

Auszusetzen gibt es nichts

If you want to visit Burg Eltz, you can’t get any better than this quaint hotel close to the walking path to the castle.
Pros:

I loved its vicinity to Burg Eltz. A really pretty hike through the woods got us there in about 45 minutes. The hotel was clean, front desk girl was very nice, beds were super comfortable and it was a pleasure to stay there :)

Pros:

Super nette Gastgeber ,kleine aber feine Zimmer ,super bequemes Bett .Frühstück war auch Klasse ,alles vorhanden, sehr leckerer Kaffe .Lage für die Wanderung zur Burg Eltz ist perfekt.Wir können das Hotel ohne Einschränkung weiter empfehlen .....

Cons:

Das Bad war in unserem Zimmer sehr klein aber dennoch okay ,alles war super sauber .

Pros:

Ruhige, familiäre Unterkunft in schöner Landschaft. Perfekt zum wandern. Einfache, aber ausreichend komfortable Zimmer. Schöne Terrasse. Nette Bewirtung.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war sauber, ebenso das Bad. Der Chef, der auch bediente, war aufmerksam und humorvoll. Das Frühstück erfüllte voll unsere Erwartungen. Wenn wir noch einmal in der Gegend sind, werden wir wieder dieses Hotel nehmen.
