Hotel was lovely and would highly recommend. Its a great location if you want to go and explore.
Pros:

Rooms and facilities in general are really clean and the staff are so friendly and helpful.
Breakfast - its a pre order system which is ok but if you want to make any slight tweaks on the day then it isn't really accommodated. Choice and variety for breakfast is great.
Dinner - variety and choices for veggies are great. Only thing that I think would be good to add to to the menu is a standard plant based burger.
Quiz night on Wednesday and Live music on Friday were treats :)

Cons:

The only issue we found is that the service in the restaurant (whether its breakfast or dinner) is so slow. you can be waiting for a while between courses. Staff were over run serving both the bar and restaurant.

Pros:

Super friendly staff. Room was small but everything was nicely done. There was live (folk) music in the bar on the night we were there so we enjoyed a singalong.
