Stay was good, but it becomes worse at the time of check out. Even agent (Sunny Singla) was dishones

Management of the property was trying to extract extra money than their booking agreed price already paid.

They demanded more money at the time of check out.

Cons:

I booked the hotel just one day before my requirement when I was in the Havelock island itself. I had to find a stay for one day for my family as I couldnt find ferry tickets to go to neil where I had accommodation. Immediately after booking I went to the hotel to see how it was. I had to struggle for more than 30 min to find the property. I shifted from the place where it was shown in the map. I was really scared of seeing the property. I didn't stay at the property. My suggestion is please think twice before booking this property.

Pros:

Overall good but needs a few improvements like water not passing in tgw washroom; it takes 30 mins for the water to pass through the hole.

Pros:

When we reached the hotel they moved us to a different hotel. They said that we do not have enough rooms here and they told us to go to Orient resort which was around 1 km away from there.

It was very frustrating because e had so much luggage and we had to move from one place to another. Even though I did the booking months in advance!
