-some equipment is worn out (broken interior door, rusty washing machine, loose shower rod)
-you can smell the smoke even though the apartment was non-smoking
-thin walls, someone's phone vibrated for a long time in the morning, woke me up

Отель великолепный. Персонал тоже. Мы были приятно удивлены - всё было великолепно. Особенно персонал.
P.S. Рядом в 200 метрах находится ресторан Ciğerci Veysel рекомендую - не пожалеете :)

Pros:

The room is actually a spacious two-room suite, all spotless, modern, and nicely decorated. Terrific value, and convenient to the highway from Istanbul to Gallipoli. Quiet location.

Price is ok but service could be much better.
Pros:

The bed was very big and comfortable. Big windows and good blinds so the room gets super dark at night. It was quite also. Price is fair.

Cons:

The sofa had a strong, unpleasant smell, and there were small damages throughout the place. During our second day, there was a booking issue — the owner initially blamed us for not paying, even though we showed both the booking confirmation and the invoice. To his credit, he admitted the mistake afterward. We were also surprised by a 3000 Turkish lira deposit for bringing our dog, as this was not communicated in advance. Parking was difficult, and our car was hit twice in one night because of the inadequate parking area.
Additionally, no one came to clean our room during our 3-night stay. I’m not sure if cleaning is normally included in the price, but I read in reviews that they did clean for other guests.

If you are looking for stay with family it’s really nice location .
Pros:

nice and clean rooms

Cons:

Didn’t not had a microwave….but had a gas stove which I think was dangerous in a small space like this .
